We were actually just in and a week before that and let me tell you guys if you have any issue with this pediatrician you clearly are not super familiar with or have had a truly bad experience because the people that have cared for my son have each individually been fantastic. Yesterday we saw a young woman who is a nurse practitioner and her kindness, willingness to listen to me, and clear care for my son was evident! She was warm and professional at the same time, which is uncommon.

This was an ideal pediatric because of proximity to our house but nothing is worth the terrible level of service. I tell everyone to avoid NWA Pediatrics.

I was told I likely had an autoimmune condition and was referred for further testing, which ended up being not true and unnecessary with now major financial burden. I had surgery 2 weeks ago, and my estimated return to work date is still 2 weeks away. I was told I would need to pay a fee of $25 for the office to fill this form out. WHAT!?!? This is totally ridiculous to charge such a high fee, for my doctor to take 30 seconds to check off a few boxes, sign and date this form. REALLY!? $25 dollars for a service that has been and is still given by other clinics/doctors in the area, as a courtesy and part of the overall original service provided! It is part of patient/customer care! I feel taken advantage of, and to top it off, they now charge a fee for every time a patient/customer uses their debit or credit card to pay a copay or ANY type of payment. AGAIN, REALLY!? Who brings cash to a doctor's appt these days? Again, I felt taken advantage of, and in order to return to work in 2 weeks, I had to pay the fee. I am VERY upset about this to say the least. Anyone looking to find a provider or need any kind of service at this clinic, you might want to call ahead and ask what any and all hidden fees are before considering this clinic.
