So the first thing that let me know that this individual had not taken her mood stabilizing medication was her question "it is Monday all day and we are not at the end of the day yet are we". So WHO talks to an adult like that. Then when asked when would she expect delivery of said medication her response "for the safety of her staff and the delivery driver she would not tell me" At that point I had enough and asked her name and she hung up - This scares me. Corporate says she will be TRAINED......now was she initially not trained. As she appears to be a disrespectful disgrace to an otherwise successful business that gives all other employees who work really hard to be polite and respectful....as I have had numerous instances at the BROWN RD store. But this one is a disgrace to your facility. If she did it to me unprovoked what is she doing to that individual who is challenged and or unable to call her out for her outlandish behavior? Corporate America taught me it takes the same time to be pleasant as it does to be rude and ignorant to customers and it certainly doesn't make you look more successful by being negative.

My wife told her I know why- it's the lady in drive through as she's a real problem because she apparently doesn't like my family for some reason. Danielle said she would take care of us and in 5 minutes I had the meds I needed. She needs to go. It should be illegal to cancel medications just because you hate our name or something.
