I live in an older house, so when they were coming to deliver the bed that I had purchased it did not fit where I wanted it to fit so I needed to change the style of the entire purchase that I had made. So in the end I did get a bed that I did not originally purchase, but it was still a great purchase. Let's start with the customer service. We were greeted promptly and efficiently with a gentleman by the name of Brian. Brian was very friendly and knew exactly what I needed from the moment. I walked in the door and explain to him what was going on because I have a crushed spine. He walk us through the whole process and was very funny and took the time to let us try all the mattresses we wanted to try, and did not feel like we were being rushed at all. He gave us his cell phone number after the service was done in case we needed anything after the sale was complete to help with, which was very much appreciated because it ended up being Needed later on. The delivery of the platform and mattress was a little different because I was kind of skeptical about the whole process because I knew the size of my stairwell that it needed to go up and sure enough what we had purchased did not fit so we had to wait and Get a new platform in new bed than what we originally purchased, but Brian was with us the whole time walking us through the process and helping us out. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and because of the fact that he did what he did I would continue to return back to this location, I recommend that if you are in search of a bed that you check this place out it is definitely worth your while and by the way it's been the best night sleep I've ever had in my life I wake up refreshed and my wife is saying that I don't snore anymore lol I didn't think I snored. I suppose that's worth another star, though he said that the items were there from 140 sellers and some of them take shifts to watch the store. So don't know if it's policy to stay open if there's a late shopper. Since there are so many sellers represented, the stock was quite varied with a range of prices. Some items were things I had been looking for, like a cooking turner with an angled handle for flipping food in deep pans, a ceramic pate dish, and a tabletop salt dish. There were lots of salt dishes for $5 each. It was worth it for me, not having to search thrift shops for one anymore. It was worth the stop and would definitely go back.

I was surprised to see in the home decor section and by the registers that they had an assortment of genuine Disney parks merchandise from Disney World and Disneyland at much lower prices than the parks. Pins that were $19.99 in the parks were $2.99 there. The staff were also friendly and kept the checkout line moving. Please note that because this is a smaller store they do NOT offer layaway like other Burlington stores. Still a five star shopping experience. Definitely will be back.
