My husband chose the Swedish massage with cupping, while I treated myself to the full-body lymphatic drainage massage along with a hair and scalp massage. Between the two of us, we've had massages in Corona, Palm Desert, Cancun, and several higher-end spas. Surprisingly, none of those experiences ever inspired me to write a review. My massage therapist, Coco, was wonderful. She adjusted her pressure throughout the session, checked in frequently, and knew exactly when to be gentle and when to apply deeper pressure. My husband had an equally positive experience and felt comfortable enough with the staff to try cupping for the first time. When the session was over, I genuinely felt lighter, more relaxed, and refreshed. I could even see a noticeable difference in how my face and body looked afterward. He did such a outstanding job that he returned with a Bridal Show a few weeks later then we have called him up several times since for "perks" to our staff for when they have worked long hours. Always professional and quick to follow up with you regarding times and price quotes. Never has he made any of my staff feel uncomfortable and we have dishwashers to banquet servers... meaning people that aren't necessarily "ok" with massages of ANY kind foot or otherwise LOL He brings in his chair, music and request a quiet corner or room, most cases (depending on the clients comfort level) he will leave the door partially open for privacy. Consistent with keeping chair and face bar clean between each massage. I notice these things as I was the one taking our staff into the room after each one was done. This wasn't always easy as the last time it was across from the Kitchen with a lot of activity (noise) and I needed them to relax but Ross was soothing as usual and we were able to block out as much as we could. A lot of our kitchen and banquet staff are non-english speaking and they came to me later and said "Thank You" because they had never had a massage before and were laughing because they felt so GOOD after! :) I can say this... it is a EXCELLENT idea for times when you have worked the CRAP out of your staff and need to show them your cognizant that you have put some hurtin' on their physical bodies (which is the case in our business as staff will be on their feet for over 6 hours at a time) and the fact that Ross is non-obtrusive and kind is a bonus for putting them at ease as well.
