This place is so amazing. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Their pricing is posted on the wall and I have found them to be very fair and honest. They did maintenance on my RV and were very informative on the best maintenance practices for the future. Several months later I had an accident and needed repair work and they went above and beyond to get my RV in for evaluation, worked very closely with the insurance and have done a beautiful job. These guys are awesome. Had these guys put a longer 7 pin connector on my camper and also fix the wiring in the box. They told me to come in and I did and they had it fixed within an hour all the same day. I also had some wheel bearing work at a different time on my camper and had the camper back in two days. Took my 5th wheel to Schroeder, after I dropped it on the back of my pickup truck. It had extensive damage on my 5th cap. Was driving to northern Michigan and car broke down on 96. Towed it and dropped it off at Schroeder's. Our Uber driver mentioned it was a great business and I was like, well I hope so because this is our only option. And boy was he right! They diagnosed it the next day, and communication with them following that was great. Price was great. Diagnostic was spot on; they truly know what they are doing, and my car runs great now. And then to top it off, when we went to pick it up, we were met with outstanding service from the owner and staff at the front desk. Buyer beware! My wife had her 2019 ram in their shop for minor body repairs. She was in an accident back in Feb of 2023. While the shop took longer than even the insurance company had thought to make the repairs, everything was going ok until it was time to pay. My wife went to pick up her truck and was charge over $1,800.00 when our bill was only $1,450.00. I spoke with the owner Matt the same night we picked up the truck because he saw us on the lot. Matt is a nice guy and told me to call into the office in the morning and they would get it all straightened out. I called in and spoke to "Bill" who told me he would have to look into it and would call me right back in about 5 mins, this was about 11:30am. After not receiving a call I called Schroder's back around 1:30pm, but no one answered. I again called about 3:30pm and was given to Bill. When I asked him about what he found out he started giving me every excuse, even blaming a former employee (poor taste in my book). He said that it looked they did over charge me, but because their book keeper wasn't in today he couldn't do anything. When I told him I wanted to speak to Matt and I refused to let him call me back, he transferred me to Terry. Long story short Terry tried to give me the same excuses but when I told him I would be up there today he said they would have it figured out by then. I get to the shop and they already have know how they are going to refund me my money, but keep wanting to give me more and more excuses as to why this happened. I work in customer service professionally so I understand when things go wrong. If they would have just owned up to the mistake in the beginning and actually worked towards helping me this would have been ok, but they chose to make excuses and even at the end they wanted to give me an explanation as to what happened. I will admit the truck does look good and so far everything is working as it should. If you do choose to use this place for your auto/rv repairs/service take detailed notes and do not expect them to do anything beyond the bare minimum to not get sued. I was really hopeful that this shop would have been better, but I guess we will need to find another shop to take our cars to going forward. read more

Have used for insurance claims and there was a big difference in that they were looking out for my concerns. I would insist they use them. read more
