It's a family owned farm with the daughter making wonderful cheeses and they use the leftover liquid from making the cheese to make their spirit AZRO(Araga is the name for fermented milk wine- koumiss- distilled into liquor. We use Redhead Creamery milk sugar to make this fine spirit.) It is a super cook place with extremely friendly people working the farm. The cheeses they make are phenomenal, when I walked into the restaurant/shop area my senses were hit with mouthwatering smells and the food backs it up. Go support an amazing local business, you won't regret it. The drinks were great as was the food, my wife got the JER-LINDY SMASH BURGER It is beef seasoned and smashed with your choice of Redhead Cheese and a house made Lucky's mustard aioli and deep fried cheese curds.
