No looking, no guessing; quick, efficient, professional and more than reasonable. A lesson could be learned here.

So he told me to ring it again, so I did... then waited another 10 minutes and opted to leave. I drove to TSC in Saline, pulled up, got the tanks refilled and paid all in five minutes. I get that staffing can be issues, but ignoring your customers shouldn't be one of them. Definitely won't be coming back here, took my business some where else!!
