He asked if he could add branches and debris from neighbors tree onto ours, and he would come to remove in a few days. My mistake was to trust him. He took the money and ran. My neighbor and I called, texted and emailed him but never received a response. Needless to say, we had to hire somebody else to come and remove the huge mound of Debris. I do NOT recommend hiring Brian. He scammed us!

The person I spoke to just stated he was calling from the company, and was returning my call. I didn't call, I emailed. Then just asked how he could help me, so he clearly didn't read the email I sent. I explained what I needed, and he was worried about how I heard about the company. Then stated that they charge $75 for a consultation fee. I stated that I didn't want to pay for a consultation fee, and that I've had three other estimates and none required I pay. He laughed at me, and stated its because they "have the best prices". Honestly, I did hang up at that point. I can't stand a lack of customer service. They failed to read the email, were worried about their marketing, and make claims to having the best price, but want to charge customers straight off the bat. Not impressed.
