When Dr. Beane tested my eyes, she was knowledgeable, easy going, and patient. Dr. Mathews would be happy to know that the new inhabitant of his exam room is as wonderful as he was! She adjusted my new prescription for my astigmatism. No more wavy or blurry intermittent lines. She also explained why cataract surgery wasn't necessary at this time. I don't mind waiting! Kimberlee was fantastic in the lens and frames department. She helped both of us pick out frames, went over our insurance to help us choose features, and checked us out. I was pleasantly greeted by all employees, and was tested for glaucoma by a technician before meeting the doctor, who explained treatment of cataracts thoroughly. The inexpensive selection of frames are displayed in three groups for men, women and children. The prices for frames are $79 through $129 if you have no insurance and includes the price of the eye exam. Options for coatings and scratch protection are available if you choose. Luckily my medical plan covers an annual exam and partial payment towards a pair of glasses so it was extremely inexpensive for my visit. I decided to order prescription sunglasses at a discount. Delivery and fitting of each pair of glasses will be done in two weeks. The experience was pleasant and I would recommend this location.

Dealt with the rude manager misty 2 weeks ago giving me incorrect information on my insurance. So I go in to the Trinity location today March 16, 2026 for my March 16, 2026 for my 2:20 pm "scheduled" eye exam at this location is in the heart of my community where I reside for 22 years. They put me in the ER. I was physically taken away by ambulance. The staff should be ashamed of themselves for what they did to a senior citizen. Horrific experience. Fortunately I was able to audiotape this debacle the worst experience in my lifetime ever!! My Blood Pressure was 178/88 in this store when they initially took my wrist BP TWICE!! So I asked doctor to take it with the BP cuff. She wanted me to wait I said we can't wait. I'm in an office with the door closed with the eye doctor I was seated. She wanted to start the exam. I wanted to have my pressure tested since it was very high initially. The doctor said "No I can't wait "5 minutes" "I have other patients". I ask her please she told me to go wait in the waiting room. I remained seated she stormed out of her office that was the last I saw of her. I sat there knowing something scary was happening to me. My heart started to pound my chest was hurting I was nauseous sweating crying hyperventilating coughing tears running down my face I was obviously experiencing a medical condition. Nobody even bothered to check on me. I could have died. I got my cell phone and dialed 911 and received immediate attention from the Trinity paramedics who escorted me to the Hospital. When I arrived at the ER my pressure was 200/90. It's now 7:30 pm and I'm still in the ER. They have given me medication in my IV to help the BP to come down. My pressure is always low. That is why I was concerned. I don't take BP pills. I don't suffer from any chronic diseases. What I will say is I was shown almost no caring and kindness by entire staff at this facility during my ordeal they seem more annoyed and perception is reality When my husband called CLARKSON EYECARE from the hospital he spoke to Misty the office manager. He let her speak. He said she was cold w/ him & didn't even have the decency to ask how I was feeling. That entire staff needs a complete retraining Reboot or fired. SHAME ON CLARKSON EYECARE IN TRINITY FLORIDA FOR NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING. Worried more about their "5 minutes" than a person who needs help.

I received excellent care from Dr. Perich, Dr. Williams and Priscilla ( the PA ). From the front…read moredesk ( I believe her name was Debby), then the eye technician Gregory ( first person who checked my eye sight and took information concerning why I was there,which was a very bad left eye infection). Gregory was very professional and polite along with knowledgeable and courteous and explained clearly as he was doing the first part of my process of appointment. I was then seen by Priscilla( who was very professional and explained everything as she was doing the process of dilating my eyes and looking into what the problem was. Then next Dr. Williams came in and look at my eye also( very professional also ). Then I was given a sample of the drops and given a follow up appointment in few days. My eye infection was very bad , worse I ever had in my life and I started feeling like I couldn't wait few more days so I called the office number ( and got the answer service). Within 5 minutes that morning Dr. Perich called me back and sent ASAP an antibiotic to my pharmacy and within 2 days my eye was back to normal. I am so glad I was referred by my PCP to go to Perich Eye Center. I hope that Gregory, and Dr. Williams and Priscilla and Debby and all the team that was there that day is acknowledged for excellence in taking care of my eye needs.
