I knew she needed immediate attention. My normal vet had no appointments for the day. I seen this animal hospital accepted walk in visits. I called first and they said they would see her. They had me drop her off and she spent about 6 hours there. Jon Morrow called me twice about what we were going to do. He was very knowledgeable. They took him right in while I completed the paperwork. I'm new in town, so I do not have a veterinarian yet. I do now. They had him evaluated and told me he did have an abscess that had ruptured, but they had shaved the area, evaluated if it was in need of additional care, cleaned the would and felt he would be best served with antibiotics and an anti inflammatory to help him get comfortable. He is home, doing well, and I plan to use them for future care.

This procedure was specifically scheduled as a follow-up to his evaluation and recommendation. On the day of the procedure, I clearly marked the papillomas and verbally told the staff member who took in my pet not to miss the papillomas on her back-left leg, which opens and bleeds constantly, and was the sole reason for the first visit. Despite this, the scheduled removal of the papillomas on the back leg was missed. When I discussed what happened, the front-desk employee repeatedly insisted that the area had not been marked, blamed me, and called me a liar over the phone. When I explained that the procedure had been scheduled based on Dr. German previous examination and recommendation, I was told that he sees many animals and cannot be expected to remember everything. However, this information should have been documented in my pet's medical records and confirmed before the procedure. Instead of listening to my concerns and discussing how the situation could be corrected, the employee argued with me. There was no attempt to accept responsibility, review the records, or offer a solution. I have trusted this veterinary practice with my pets for years, so the lack of concern, professionalism, and appreciation for my continued business was especially disappointing. I asked for Dr. German to call me and provided my phone number, but I have not received a return call. Mistakes or misunderstandings can happen, but how a business responds matters. I expected compassion, accountability, and a willingness to work toward a solution. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I will be taking my pets elsewhere.

I have never in all my years seen them treat or speak to anybody poorly. You have to remember they are a business and as sympathetic as they may be to handing out free care that's not how a successful business works. If you want the absolute best care for your animals this is where you need to go. If you want to complain about not being able to pay or walking in on a Monday or a Friday, which are hands down their busiest days and expect to be treated within seconds you need to reevaluate your life decision decisions.

That is a huge difference in the quality of care. The fact that she gave the pain medicine into the muscle showed me that she was trying to hurry this up. She traded the quality of the end of my dogs life for her quickness to get out of our home. She shove the needle deep into the dogs muscle which made the dog start yelping and moving around and trying to bite the veterinarian I saw the veterinarians hand moving around as if it was on purpose to give the dog more pain. She then proceeded to pinch the dogs paws hard every 10 seconds to see when the pain meds kicked in. She the. Proceeded to put a blanket on my rag as I held her, while the veterinarian sneakily pushed the needle into the dog several times to gauge her pain level. Please do not put your pet through this and just take them to a veterinarians clinic that will give the pain medicine before the euthanasia under the skin instead of in the muscle. When you're paying for a veterinarian to come to your home you expect the best service. This was the opposite. I explained that I am no longer driving, and I had posted on Ring pictures of this kitty to see if anyone is missing him with no one responding. Charlie was so nice and helpful, although they do not transport animals, he gave me his manager, Mayura's phone number, and suggested that I text her. As soon as I texted Mayura, she called me and told me that I needed to see if the cat was chipped. She provided me the phone number of Animal Control. Mayura also provided me the number of SNAP just in case the cat is not chipped. She mentioned that SNAP can help with the cost of having the cat neutered and vaccinated. I did call Animal Control and as soon as I am able to get this cat in a kennel. I will call Animal Control to see if he is chipped. I do believe this cat belongs to someone, because he is so well behaved. Charlie and Mayura are truly kind and love animals. I'm sure the entire staff is just as caring.
