The staff continued to reach out after the procedure to check in and my mouth has made some dramatic changes since. Extreme protocols are in place at Dr. Greenberg's office, and thankfully so. When you arrive, they ask that you call from your vehicle before coming to the door. The receptionist comes and escorts you in, takes your temperature and O2 reading, reads a warning form, and has you read and sign a Covid questionnaire. The hygienist is masked, shielded and gowned. Aside from all those understandable precautions, my cleaning and checkup went very well, as always. Before you leave, Dr.Greenberg comes in to give you a final oral check, as he always does. He too had all precautions for his and his patient's safety & well being. I'm always impressed with the dental care I receive from him and all his staff.

At the initial visit, when I asked the doctor about the costs associated with my case, I was referred to the front desk. I liked the technology here as well - they have a TV screen mounted up on the wall so you can see your x-rays and other pictures they take as they go through - this makes it easy to point out any issues or signs of plaque, decay, fillings, etc. (At first I was worried about a GIANT white dot only to find out it was a previous filling, not a giant cavity). I think I read a google review about how awful the music was (which made me laugh) and I assure you, the music playing there was fine. You can hear everything going on with other patients around you. Anyone can just peek in and see what's going on. This is a HIPPA law violation as patients are entitled to privacy rights. No patient should ever have to feel humiliated and embarrassed because people can overhear what's "going on with their mouths" (Because majority of the time they lie). My experience at Aspen dental was not good at all. I went there for a fractured tooth that was…read morecausing me severe pain that woke me up at night and made it difficult to eat. I worked with my insurance company to get me in as soon as possible and Aspen obliged. When I arrived at my appointment they went right to work taking soooo many X-rays and a panorax X-ray. I told them numerous times that I was there because I had a broken tooth that was causing severe pain. They assured me that they would address that when I saw the dentist. Eventually I met with the dentist. She was very nice. She examined my mouth for about 2 minutes. Then she told me that she had reviewed my X-rays and there were a lot of teeth that needed fixing. She explained that I needed teeth removed and partial dentures and dental implants. I was devastated. I asked her again about the tooth that was causing me pain. She said that I would have to talk to the treatment plan coordinator to set that up. When I met with the treatment plan coordinator she gave me a breakdown of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The total cost would be $38,512 ($11285.65 with insurance). I asked her about the tooth that I need to have fixed and she said that I need to contact my insurance company because they couldn't do anything about it . She said I needed to contact an Endodontist for that. So after all that, I left still in pain. I have contacted the BBB and plan on speaking with my union representative. Very disappointed.
