A regular size one would have been plenty since apparently my adult stomach is smaller than my high school stomach. The strawberry soft serve was good too. It was more tangy than sweet. My brother had the carrot cake ice cream. While it wasn't as carrot cake-y as he expected, he still liked it. The employees were friendly and we got our food fairly quick. There were several other people walking up/dining in and the drive-thru was busy the whole time we were eating.

If you park on the other side of the building you completely miss out on the list. It would have been nice to have a sign POINTING to where the flavors are. Instead you just think you can get soft serve cones or sundaes. Speaking of which, by husband ordered a large brownie sundae with hot fudge sauce and they didn't put on the fudge sauce. The lines were long so he didn't go back to correct it. But quite disappointed. Also the "large" was like a kiddie cup size. I ordered a medium twist in a cup and it was twice the size of his "large" sundae.

The shop is in an old bank. It's 111 years old!!!! It still has the vault! It's so pretty inside. They did a great job on it. Behind the store a lady plants sunflowers every year. Thousands of sunflowers bloom! She said people will stop and just aww at them because it's so many. They sell candles, soaps, clothing, decor and ice cream! They have a nice little area where you can buy scoops of ice cream. They even make fresh banana splits! This truly is a small business that has a story just by using that bank to give it new life. (Okay, like four. But they were all great). We ultimately elected for a pistachio ice cream cone and a cup of Mackinac Island (loaded with chewy fudge chunks). But Delish also has other fun menu options, including elote (a flavorful, savory Mexican sweet corn). I definitely will explore more the next time I'm in Knightstown.

The first thing that struck me when we entered was the restaurant's cleanliness and the staff's efficiency. We ordered and were able to take our seats to be served our meal rather than have to stand around for our order number to be called. The food was well-made with fresh ingredients and the portion sizes were more than generous. The whole time I ate I was amazed that this was a fast food restaurant. Everything was perfect and I'll definitely make Culver's a regular spot to eat.

The outdoor play ground is wide open and ready for fun. Kids get introduced to some farm items to play on that you won't get at school. The area is wide open so kids can run from thing to thing.
