Clear it up in a heart beat. Near 8 years later and I've lost those insoles. The pain is back. I doc I went to before has retired. I go see doctor todd self. They got me in quick. Doc was nice enough. I tell him the story of needing new insoles. He repeatedly tells me that previous doc didn't do things right, my $200+ redwing boots are cheap and I need wedges in my shoes. I have to always use the wedges or risk reinjury. Always use the wedges as in Get up in the middle of the night to pee, I need the wedges. I buy them. $30 was reasonable. Always wearing my boots. Not reasonable. Foot pain persist. Boots are uncomfortable with wedges. I go online order foam foot imprints and they make me custom insoles. 2 days in those and I feel an improvement. Throwing out the wedges. In short I came in with diagnosis and treatment. Paid him money and accomplished nothing then found the correct treatment online.

I had a horrible experience with Dr Jensen. It seems like…read morehe cares nothing for his patients. I went in to have an X-ray examined and he didn't even have it to look at. When I asked about the X-ray, he said his assistant would bring it to him but never did. He proceeded to diagnose the issue with no information, not letting me ask any questions and cutting my replies to his. He was arrogant and dismissive throughout the meeting. At one point started gluing arch supports onto my custom-fit insoles. When I asked why he got super rude and defensive, so I asked him to stop, but he wouldn't. He ended up ruining my $100 insoles. Dr. Jensen is a hack and it is obvious from his demeanor he cares little to nothing about his patients. I left before the appointment was over because it was so obvious he had no interest in helping me. He never even looked at my X-ray. I would advise you to stay away from Dr. Jensen. A person who is rude and incompetent shouldn't be able to practice medicine.

The receptionist replied "yes, his mother signed him in". Michelle responds, "he can sign himself in, he's 48 yrs. old" I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I told Michelle "he was in the rest room, what's the big deal?" She realized I was quite annoyed by that remark and gave a b.s. excuse "the sign in needs to be in his own handwriting". He is an excellent listener and explained the procedures and medications fully and patiently. His staff also deserves five stars for their caring attitude and professionalism -- they truly make you feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. Needless to say ,My toe was in need of attention and I was about as nervous as one could be. Dr Sucheski assured me he possessed the golden touch and All would be well and I would not feel a thing. End result: Dr. Does indeed have the touch. His great table side manner kept me calm and even got me to chatting during the procedure. Did I feel anything? Hardly! Toothpick Removal!!! My Experience from start to finish was…read morenothing less than amazing! I called the office and left a message about having a toothpick stuck in the arch/heel of my foot. I explained that I didn't have medical insurance and was willing to pay out of pocket. (Most Podiatrist in folsom weren't taking cash pay clients) within 2 hours I recieved a call back and apt for the next day. Dr. Sucheski was very kind and extremely reassuring, he talked me through the process and he numbed my foot so it was painless. He was able to locate the broken toothpick deep inside my foot and remove within a few minutes. I was EXTREMELY excited about the reasonable cost of the visit, he saved me hundreds!
