Dr. Laura Barres is truly the best and she has such a friendly and outgoing personality. On top of that she makes any procedure better and gets you in and out very quickly (plus they have TVs for you to watch). Jennifer does my cleanings and she is equally as friendly and amazing. The entire staff is so nice, it really is an awesome environment and I look forward to it now! They even have a new addition - Ralph, a mini golden doodle who is being trained to be a therapy dog to help patients to calm them and lay on their laps during cleanings and procedures! I have no experience with more complex procedures. Surprisingly, the cleanings have been consistently non-painful compared to other offices. When I sit in the chair, I can actually relax. It is almost like going to a spa. Once when they were short-handed, the dentist did the cleaning herself. I jokingly complimented her on cleaning as well as her hygienists. She said that she trains her staff in some techniques. Maybe that is part of the magic. They are almost always on time. Rarely I have had to wait at most 10 or 20 minutes. No big deal. The dentist running the business, Vasuki Thevanayagam is not just a good dentist, but also a good businesswoman. It appears she hires the right people. She is not above answering the phone when her staff is busy. She realizes customer service involves more than just quality dental procedures. The pricing and billing is correct. They do not attempt to up-sale me with unnecessary expensive procedures. No made-up problems, such as claiming there is a cavity when there actually is none. Every time I go there, nothing bad happens. No rude employees, no upset patients, no disasters, no drama. Just a nicely boring regular dental office where everything works as it should.
