Very rude! Wouldn't spend my money there! I was asked to have a seat and terminate my phone call.

I am just disappointed in the poor service. My dad has been a patient there for some time. He had a…read moremajor eye surgery done in Atlanta so because of the Virus scare it's best if he gets monitored close to home. So naturally you would call his OD for so f/u monitoring. I called spoke to Ashley and she explained that yes we could see him. Called my mom and told her to call and set everything up and speak to Ashley. Welp she called and it was a different person and they couldn't see him. I was very upset because that isn't what we were told. I called back and asked to speak to the office manager or Dr Cooper. I had to speak to a different person and she wanted me to explain why I needed to speak to her. Finally was able to talk to Barbara and she was able to help me and get everything set up. She explained why sometimes they don't see Medical appts on Saturday. I also think that your practice needs to have weekly meeting on how to communicate with patients and what services you provided. Every OD and MD takes IOPs and to be told they don't provide that service there is upsetting. I will tell you it wasn't Ashley or Barbara so it shouldn't be hard to figure out.

They are very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. In fact, we were treated so well, I couldn't believe it. There doesn't seem to be many health care professionals who set patient comfort as a high priority these days. I felt very comfortable and cared for by the staff at Millington Eye Care and I feel very comfortable recommending Dr. Lee to my friends.

Show up for my appointment, and they seem annoyed and it takes forever to get me back there. Finally someone scolds me for "not telling them I needed a medical exam instead of a regular one." I told them I specifically told them I needed a medical exam, that's why they already have my medical insurance on file. You can request appointments online, but they never really follow up with you on it.

Dr.Cooper is a nice Dr, so is Dr.Talley, so no complaints there. However, when you call the number…read moreyou think is the office number, you're really calling an answering service, there's a girl with a foreign sounding accent who clearly doesn't know what she's talking about. Very unprofessional. I called and asked 3 different times for the office manager to call me and not once got a call back and when I asked why I wasn't called, she gave me no answer. I explained to Dr Talley Saturday was the only day I could come in,which was perfect bc Saturday is medical appts only. I got called middle of week the week I was scheduled for glaucoma testing, asking me if I could come in during the week. I said no, she said let me call you back. I never got a call back and was under the impression my appt was canceled bc Dr wouldn't be there. Day of appt I received calls and texts stating I missed an appt. I called following monday to explain situation, same girl, acting oblivious to what I was saying and told me I'd have to wait for Saturday schedule to open. I called back for weeks, then months and was constantly told the schedule wasn't open. They started calling me asking me if I wanted to schedule so I did. I was called back more then 5 times in 1 week about my appt, 1 time girl said I wasn't allowed Saturday appts bc I canceled too many times when I never canceled 1. Another time she called bc she was trying to run reg vision insurance under a strangers name I had no relation too. This office accepts medicaid for routine vision for kids and medical for adults, if you're an adult and are going for medical only, they try to force routine vision on you. Even when you tell them you can't afford it. They still force and push the issue. I have reduced blood flow to my eyes, glasses will not fix my damaged vessels. I'm also legally blind without corrective lenses, however, when I tell you I'm not there for that. Stop pushing the issue. I did glaucoma testing, technician was rude, I heard the beeps but she said I wasn't clicking remote, just so they could purposely have me come in again and double bill my insurance. I called during week bc eye drops Dr called in weren't approved and PA was denied, the same girl was trying to get to come in for an unnecessary visit( I was there weekend before) just for eye drops? Said she would send a msg and have Dr contact me to get another drop called in. I've yet to receive a call. Idk who this girl is but she needs to be fired. She's the same one everytime and I get no help whatsoever. The eye drops my insurance denied, and PA was denied, was $750. Nobody can afford that! If you need a dr that cares about patients and not how much money they can get from you or your insurance, please pick a different office!

I did need computer glasses, which I expected. Kudos for Ms. Lauren, she didn't try to upsell me with added items I didn't need (anti reflective as I don't need glasses while driving), etc. That goes a long way, don't try to make me spend more, lol. I look forward to the final product. Great work by the entire team!

I was searching for a new optician so I decided to give America's Best a try. I selected the…read moreBartlett location because it is closest to my home. The majority of my experience has been disappointing. The office seems to be disorganized and unprofessional. I was fit for multifocal contact lenses. The first optometrist that examined me was very nice but did not educate me about multifocal lens and their challenges. After struggling with a trial pair of contacts, a second optometrist examined me in a follow-up appointment. The second Optometrist did a great job. He took his time to understand my issues and after two visits we settled on a pair of distance contacts. When my appointment was over, the office staff took their time checking me out. The employees were having casual, personal conversations openly with several customers in the store waiting to be serviced. I was left feeling as if the available agents were avoiding checking me out because they did not want to take a break from their conversation. Now I am trying to order my contacts and I am very disappointed in the process. When I called to order yesterday, the employee told me the system wouldn't allow her order my contacts. She then told me to call back. She was also trying to order the incorrect contact and not the set we agreed upon at my last visit. This was quite an inconvenience to me and I was irritated because why not ask a manager to assist with processing the order? It is also a hassle getting a live person on the phone when calling in. By the time I make it through to a live person, I am already frustrated and irritated from going back and forth with an automated system. I also cannot believe that there is no automated system alerting you that the office is closed if you call when they are not open. I did not realize the store was closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. When I called, I was placed on hold where I remained until I decided to hang up and search Google for another number. All in all, I will not support this business again. I am unsure if the issue is with this location or the chain as a whole, but I feel the company has a lot to learn about customer service and professionalism.
