He literally gave me a first bump and told me what he was prescribing me. He only check my scalped concerns after my inquiry and a potential deeper dive into my issue. He was literally in the room for 3 mins before rushing out to just chat wit his staff. Never asked to see the form or go over any other concerns. To top of it, there were two people behind the desk. They asked me what my pharmacy was , and he clearly stated the scripts would be sent and they'd be ready in the latest a few hours. To no surprise THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL THEM IN!!!! Since then the services have been good, but the owner is habitually on her phone and texting during my appts and thus my 15 minute appts take much longer and it doesn't feel safe to me. I had to point this out to her. She recently cancelled due to the snow and then didn't reach back out to reschedule. I had to call her. Today I went for my reschedule and she wasn't even there. She called in and was going to be twenty minutes late but I had another appt after and couldn't wait. How would she feel if I showed up 20 minutes late when she had other clients waiting?
