This is a solo practice where they work hard to make sure a patient doesn't wait for their scheduled appointment. So unlike the other dermatology practices in the area that feel like factories with waiting rooms overflowing with people long overdue for their appointments. I actually have severe dandruff and overgrowth of skin mites which the common diagnosis for that is "keratosis" I got so sick and my face got so messed up I ended up calling a random dermatologist who prescribed me scalp medication , two face medications and a bar soap. To say now I am better , but, you can't diagnose a skin condition by looking at a patient 10 feet across the room! The dermatologist I went to see at Westport dermatology, got up and close with my rash and actually asked me questions and sent me for bloodwork I just think, when it comes to conditions, it's important to seek other treatment options when one doctor fails to diagnose you .
