My OLDER sister gifted me a Diamond glow facial for Christmas...a while before that she pointed out…read morethe fact that she has no wrinkles and I do...hint taken sis, Merry freakin Christmas to me! I gotta say, I am overly thankful for this diss gift lol, I couldn't believe how long it lasted. I gave it a few weeks to see how my skin held up and I tell you what it held up well! So did my double chin...it went away for a little bit. Courtney was seriously fabulous and explained everything perfectly, I have to come back, the feeling afterward is addicting! Very happy about it and the staff was very professional and welcoming not to mention the place was gorg! Many thumbs up!!!

I recently had a cool peel, laser treatment at Dermatologist Associates of Western Connecticut. I…read morereally didn't know what to expect so when I woke up the next morning and my face was red and swollen I became very nervous something was wrong and called the office. To my surprise, Emma the office coordinator called me back right away. She spent so much time talking to me, calming me down telling me what to expect and just being a reassuring voice that everything I was going through was completely normal. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant return phone call. On the following Monday Emma called just to make sure I did well over the weekend. Emma was so kind and made my experience with Dermatologist Associates a great one. I would highly recommend this office, Dr. Eickhorst who did an amazing Cool Peel and of course Emma.

Unhygienic Office and Unprofessional Staff -- Avoid at All Costs…read more If you value cleanliness, professionalism, or basic human decency, stay far away from this medical office. The facility was visibly dirty -- floors unswept, dust in patient areas, and exam rooms that looked like they hadn't been appropriately sanitized between visits. In a medical environment, that's unacceptable and borderline dangerous. The staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in patient care. I witnessed front desk personnel rolling their eyes at patient questions, ignoring phone calls, and openly complaining about their jobs. Even worse, the owners themselves seemed just as indifferent and combative when concerns were raised--more concerned with defending bad behavior than fixing it. This isn't just a bad experience -- it's a warning sign. A medical office that treats its patients and facility this poorly shouldn't be operating. There are far better, safer options nearby.

The first time I took my daughter for allergy testing, the doctor immediately told her to "kick her…read moredog out of her bedroom" before even confirming whether she was allergic to dogs. It later turned out that she is not allergic to dogs at all. That comment alone made me uncomfortable enough to request a different doctor. Second time we were sent here again for another testing. The front desk receptionist, Sue, was extremely rude and came across as very discriminatory in the way she treated me. Recently, my daughter needed amoxicillin testing, and Sue told us they were running low on stock and that she would call us when it became available. It has now been over two weeks, and we never received a single call or update. She also never explained that the wait would be long, even after I clearly stated that my daughter urgently needed allergy medication due to constant flare-ups and sinus infections. Today, we stopped by the office and saw that the waiting list was literally written on the back of a flyer, with names scribbled out and completely disorganized. I was shocked. When I asked to speak with the manager, Sue initially said the manager was on lunch break, but once she realized we were willing to wait, she suddenly went to get her. Unfortunately, the manager was not very helpful either. Dr. Vu was kind, caring, and professional, but aside from that, I am highly dissatisfied with this office. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Today I visited Dr. Kittay's office and honestly was a bit nervous because of all the reviews I saw…read moreprior but he was very kind throughout the visit. His staff were friendly, professional, considerate from the moment I scheduled my appointment over the phone to when I set up my follow-up in the office. Dr. Kittay also took the time to go over my diagnosis, provided me with information about the condition and took the time to address my initial concerns with the rashes I had on my body. I would highly reccomend Dr. Kittay and will continue to use him for my Dermatlogy needs!

Be prepared for a long wait time - like an hour on average…read more He's a rude & dismissive doctor, who simply doesn't listen at all and then denies to treat you for legitimate concerns and skin problems simply because he thinks it's "unnecessary" or "vanity". A dermatologist!!! Can you imagine? Then he hands you xerox copies of the different skin conditions you may have (their causes and treatments) because he doesn't want to explain anything himself. The message then becomes, "I've had to do this so many times and I can't be bothered to do it again for you." And you can tell that's his MO because the sheets are copies or copies of copies and are barely even legible anymore. The most offensive one was a pamphlet on the issues of "aging skin" and I'm not even 40 yet! The worst part is, the treatments he does provide don't work. I've been prescribed several different creams - treating different skin conditions - because he doesn't know how to diagnose patients. Some treatments made my skin worse. Then he says the treatment is working well when I can see it's getting WORSE. I look at my face several times a day in the mirror - he sees it once a month for a few minutes and I'm expected to believe he knows what I looked like the last time? I've seen a dozen or more dermatologists over my lifetime, and he is hands down the worst.
