Check Yelp and Google reviews and the concern that most voices over would be of the unbelievably long waiting time at this location, even when you have got an appointment and I was no exception to that. I had developed a wart on one of my toes and got an appointment with Dr.Groisser before the Holidays. The clinic looked very clean and was following the COVID safety protocols very seriously. The person at the frontdesk checked my temperature and asked me and my wife to wait in the car parking as they had limited space for people to sit at the lobby. She also instructed that only I can enter the clinic, being the patient and they allow people to accompany only if the patient is a minor, which was fair enough. We waited for almost 45 minutes in the car though we had a scheduled appointment and had to inform our offices that we were going to be late to work. After the front desk informed me over phone that it was time for the Doctor to see me, it went into the OP room and the waiting game started again. The doctor took 20 minutes to arrive and after taking a quick look, confirmed it was a Wart, prescribed me an ointment and asked me to come back in a week's time for the removal procedure. Again the same game of appointment booking, waiting in the car for more than 30 minutes even after arriving ahead of the scheduled time and again waiting for the Doctor in the OP room for more than 20 minutes. The Dr arrived, took out few anesthetic injections, shot them right on the wart and when I flinched, he reminded me "Take it like a Man" and as soon it numbed, he shaved it off with a blade. Though I couldn't immediately feel the pain, the sight of blood oozing out non stop wasn't that great and he only applied a bandaid on top of it and before I could ask him questions, he asked me to again come back in 2 weeks and left like a lightning and my wart was taken for a lab test to confirm what type of infection it was. The wound took time to heal and it was a painful 2 weeks of healing time. Again it was time for the third visit and I'm not going to bore you with the series of happenings as nothing changed. Now, Dr.Groisser is like a celebrity, you pay so much to get his divine sighting and service and before you could realize he appeared before you, he disappears instantly. He checked my wound, confirmed it was healing, applied a short spray of liquid nitrogen over it that costs a luxury ($225) and again left before I could ask him questions. The wart has healed now but I refused to take up the 4th consultation that I was asked to take as I wasn't prepared to spend $145 just for him to take a 3 second look at my toes to confirm there is no wart anymore. I'm still following up with the clinic for having charged me for a service that I wasn't informed about. The nurse who attends the patients, one who lets the patients in and the one who schedules the appointments are all doing a great job, but my serious concerns with this place has been the poor scheduling service of this group, with no sense or respect for the patient's time and the 0 humane handling of a doctor. We are humans who need to be shown at least an iota of empathy or care and not be treated like machines in a lab.

Doctor Groisser Botched a simple Lipoma Removal in 2020. His pinch and stitch work left me with a huge ugly scar. I had to seek a plastic surgeon's advice to try to correct it. Dr. Groisser also left a quarter of the lipoma under my skin. He has A horrible bedside manner at least with women. He treats people like cattle in and out in five minutes. It's all about how much money he can make. I can only say that the nurses are nice.

I was blown away by their expertise. Dr. ZBar (who is awesome with a capital A) walked into the room and put my mind at ease instantly. I don't know if it was his friendly personality with me or how I could see his staff loved working with him, or the maybe it was the cool music playing in the room. : ) All I can say is my mind was at ease as I was ready to have my procedure. He took a golfball sized tumor out of my neck. Now one month later, you can hardly tell there is a scar there. Communicated with me to see how I was doing and how I was healing. A true professional. As good of an experience that it could of been. Dr. ZBar and Chilton Medical Center I highly recommend !!! Thank you !!!

Because of the prior switching, her health aide had to bring her rather early... 35 minutes or so. Well they would not let my very elderly, vaccinated and masked parents sit and wait. So they limped downstairs and waited for me to gather them. My mother did not want an unkind man touching her after that. Furthermore when I tried to connect with them (I arrived to the office 25 minutes before her allotted appointment time, one of the office ladies told me the nurse took them away and they were coming back at 1. This was indeed a falsitude. They were actually kicked out and told they could not be there. For shame. What a mean bunch!

Right after the facial, my face turned red, especially on my cheeks. I didn't think anything of it, since the esthetician did do extractions on my nose and cheeks. Of course redness is expected. After a few weeks, the rash started to get worse and didn't go away. I sent this place an email with pictures of my face and told them that ever since my facial treatment here, I developed a terrible rash with pimples. They answered the following: 'Hello, This is Jessica from Skintology medspa. I did your facial when you were in our office. It looks like your skin may be having a bit of flareup from rosacea. The products that we use for facials are ZO skincare products which are medical grade.' ... like ok so what if medical grade products were used? They still caused an allergic reaction to my skin. I wasn't expecting to get my money back or anything but I was expecting at least an apology or something from the Med spa. Anyways, I ended up having to go to a dermatologist (another expense and time out of my day) and he said that it did look like a rosacea flare up from the skin care products that they used at the facial. I've been using a steroid cream that was prescribed to me by the dr (also another expense to buy the cream). The rash has not gone away and it's been well over a month. I don't know if at this point it will ever go away. I'm traumatized and I'm never going to get a facial ever again. I'm embarrassed to show my face; I used to have the clearest skin and now it's just a mess.

But let's talk about Janice who works the front office. She is hands down the absolute worst at customer service. I made an appt for my kid and. I stated my name when I called and gave her my child's info. She asked for group number and I gave it. All is well, or so I thought. She calls me the next day with an attitude before noon saying my child is not coming up in the system. I said well I gave the group number, let me give you the member id and see if that works. I give her the first letter and she says, "no that's what you gave me yesterday and I don't do this, someone else does this, but I'll see if it works." well first the letter of the id and plan are the same. Had she let me finish, she would have found out. Then she just nastier and nastier. Whose plan is this and addressing me by my wife's name, that I never mentioned. Well who is she, it says spouse, what's her relation, you told me that was your name, etc... Her tone, her rudeness, everything just rubbed me the wrong way to the point I immediately found another provider and canceled my appointment. The drs here are good, but not worth the horrible customer service.

Unfortunately, I was unable to accompany them in person and was on the phone during the visit. From what I heard and what my wife experienced, the encounter with Dr. Grossier was nothing short of terrible. He was rude, dismissive, and even made an inappropriate under-the-breath comment saying "she should've been here" while I was on the phone. His behavior toward both my wife and his staff was condescending and unprofessional. He came across as cocky, arrogant, and lacking any compassion for patients or the people working around him. For someone who is supposed to be a medical director, his conduct was shocking and unacceptable. A dermatologist should care about their patients and provide reassurance during stressful situations--not make them feel belittled. I will absolutely make sure to share our experience with others, because no family should have to go through this type of treatment from a doctor. Do yourself a favor and find another dermatologist who actually cares about their patients. Terrible experience--never again. Would you like me to make it shorter and more direct for Google/Yelp (where shorter reviews usually get more visibility), or keep it long and detailed for something like a formal complaint to the practice/medical board?

How do I know if it even needed to be cut out? The other bump was not visible and was tiny but he said to have it cut out the following day. He said, Trust me you do not want to do them separately, then quickly walked out of the room. There were no reasons or explanations given. All the talking done was fast and to his assistant who took notes. Many other doctors show you more care, so look around until you get a caring doctor. Despite enforcing a stringent $100 penalty for patient appointment cancellations or absences, they exhibited a remarkable disregard for reciprocal accountability when I arrived punctually for my scheduled appointment, only to be informed that "the doctor isn't here today." No prior notice was provided, no attempt at remediation, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. This asymmetric policy framework--wherein patient compliance is strictly monitored and penalized while the provider assumes no responsibility for its own operational lapses--raises serious concerns regarding professionalism, fair dealing, and the implied covenant of good faith. One might reasonably expect a "medical" establishment to demonstrate at least a baseline commitment to honoring appointments or, at the very least, to notifying patients of cancellations in advance. Failure to do so not only breaches patient trust but potentially exposes the practice to reputational risk and claims of inequitable conduct.
