I politely asked if there was any estimate on when NeeDoh might be back in stock, and he replied, "We don't tell people that," in a rude and dismissive tone. I completely understand that products sell out and that there may not be an estimated restock date. My issue wasn't that NeeDoh was unavailable--it was the way I was treated. A toy store welcomes children and families every day. I believe employees should be friendly, respectful, and professional when interacting with customers. I left disappointed, not because the product was sold out, but because of the poor customer service I experienced.
