I had water damage to one of my room upstairs due to a radiator leak. I wasn't sure if we needed to do just the 1 room or the whole upstairs since the wood is all connected. When I had spoken to him on the phone he said there may be a slightly different color if we do just the one room. So before he came out, I asked if he can get us both quotes. He came out when I wasn't home but my wife was. He didn't measure anything. Look at the room where the damage was and left. He didn't look at the rest of the upstairs. I didn't get a message for him so I texted him. He gave me a quote for the one room. I asked, do you have a quote for how much it would be for the whole upstairs. He said he didn't look at the other room upstairs. I described the size of the other room upstairs and he texted back with a quote. I asked if you can send me in writing the 2 quotes. He said he has to charge me $150 for the quotes. Then I said, "What? Why?" He never responded. Just in case he didn't see it, I text him again the next day. He didn't respond again. Extremely disappointed with him and his lack of response.

It was able to identify my design preferences by showing different living rooms and asking which ones were to my liking. In addition, its questions served as a great preparation for the home visit, so Stephanie came well prepared for our meeting. Stephanie was very creative, professional, and helpful throughout the process. When she visited my place, we decided on a design together, in an efficient process, where she was able to translate my needs and preferences to interior design decisions and furniture choices. After two weeks, she assembled a furniture shopping list, within the budget I requested. I purchased all items she suggested. The furniture items were sourced from many furniture stores and I felt she did an excellent job finding items that were beautiful, fit the overall design, and reasonably priced. I get nothing but compliments about my place (even from my Architect friend who is quite stingy with design related complements...). Well done Stephanie! After the owner of the plumbing company came out and fixed what he needed to quickly and at a very reasonable price the worker from Arid came out to view the final phase of my problem. Patrick (the owner) gave me an appointment for his workers to install a sump pump. The first pictures are of the check valve portion of the project. The second picture is an extension installed by Mazzone to my check valve two feet below my basement floor. The third set of pictures are from the completed job by Arid. The workers from Arid were very polite and worked quickly and very effectively with a great deal of carefulness for my home and living spaces. He even sent us a few pictures of similar work he had done. We sent him the deposit and was all set. Rained pretty heavily on Friday and he reached out and said he thinks it would be best to reschedule for Saturday at 9am due to needing to possibly saw some pieces outside. Liked that he took the initiative to reschedule instead of taking a chance. Showed up perfectly on time on Saturday, all supplies ready to go. Told us he thought the work would take 2-3 hours- he was done in about an hour! Did a great job and you can't even tell the difference between the existing door frame and the new piece. Left everything in great condition and requested a broom so he sweep up. We also have a kitchen cabinet that cracked- and wanted to show him. He explained how we could easily and cheaply just fix it ourselves. So cool. Really nice guy who does great work- we will keep him in mind for future needs and highly recommend him!
