Initially, everything appeared fine. However, by the Fall of the same year of the installation, the surface appeared very porous and faded. This continued to worsen to the point where small gravel appeared on the surface which then tracked into our home. Approximately five weeks ago, I reached out and spoke to the owner, who stated she would come over and inspect the work. I live just blocks from her office. She never showed up. Following several phone calls answered by staff, a number of messages, and an email, there was still no response. Two personal visits to the office similarly did not result in any follow up. Finally, another call this morning resulted in a response. Looking at the job she immediately stated there was no problem and if I wanted to have it sealed I could. This was mentioned after specifically telling me after the installation that sealing was not necessary. I asked her if JAG would do the sealing and cover the cost, given my opinion that either the job was not done properly or the material was faulty. She refused and proceeded to call me a "troublemaker" when I indicated that this review of her business would follow her lack of any professional response to even following up and the unwillingness to even consider correcting the problem. Despite actually recommending JAG to a neighbor and their performing the job after my work, I would avoid using this business and never recommend them again.
