Beware!! Trespassing issues!!!! We had this company set up on recurring weekly visits. We made notes in our file for them not to come out before 9am. We could be flexible on day or any other time just not prior to 9am. It was a privacy issue for us which was explained multiple times to them due to many windows, uncovered in our backyard. Scoop is supposed to notify us 30 min prior to arrival. That in reality is more like 5 min and consistently before 9am. When you call them and once again explain it's too early, no one ever answers. Ever. So they just do what they want to do and totally disregard your rights as the home owner. Terrible company. They also did a hit and miss job picking up the waste. Usually can count several piles left behind on each visit. Many other pet waste pick up companies that respect you as the home owner. read more

Ya know, I really used to clean up after my dog, felt it was my responsibility as his owner, until I got a full time job and work a ton of hours. I rarely take the time to write reviews but i have to tell you how pleased I am with Eric and Scoop Soldiers. This is our first service so I'll update after a few months of service. I received a heads up that Eric was on his way and I said hello to him once he arrived in our backyard to start service. He was so friendly, professional and informative about the process and what to expect. I know this service seems self explanatory but I had a few questions about sanitizing and odor control and he answered them all throughly. We've been using Scoop Soldiers for years to pick up after our 3 dogs and we've always been really happy with their services. They do thorough work and send an email with a picture when they are done to confirm the gate is locked. Our main guy, Steven, always gives us a call to give us a heads up so we can make sure the dogs are in (one of them takes her job of German Shepherd very seriously). Shaun has been scooping our yard for about a year. He is amazing. He always lets us know when he is on his way and is always on time. He sends us pictures of our gate locked before he leaves and even sometimes sends us pictures of our dogs playing in the yard when he sees them outside. The dog's love him! They know who he is and love their weekly greetings from Shaun. I definitely recommend this service. We had an incident happen once where our credit card expired, and totally forgot about it being on auto withdrawal to where the payment didn't clear. They continued to come and scoop our yard and just sent us an email reminder to update the payment method. They didn't leave us with a gap in our service at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!!
