The environment just seems so warm and inviting. We called ahead of time to make sure there was no live music for my hard of hearing grandma and they were very sweet. Their card machine went down while we were there and I spoke with the owner while she was trying to fix it and I could really tell how much love she pours into this shop. She was so apologetic and talked about how stressed she was. She was very helpful and I appreciated how helpful she was especially when my grandma asked about a niche tea.

It was delivered promptly with no fuss. Scanning my Starbucks gift card happened in moments, and no option was presented to tip, either during checkout or even by way of a tipping jar.
