Robert (the man driving the wrecker) was there in less than 10 minutes. I was crying because I just knew it was going to be an expensive fix. Robert kept asking if I was ok. He was very kind. He hooked up my car and we all drove to the Walmart on Norman. During our ride we mentioned where we were headed. Robert told us we were 45 miles out of our way. We missed our turn. Had we not said anything, we wouldn't have known and kept driving the wrong way!! Once we got to Walmart, Robert gave us easy directions on how to get back to the 10. We were very hesitant to do that due to someone having delicate information, but she literally offered no other choice and it was basically do it or don't get your car out of the tow yard. Obviously looking at the reviews everyone feels the same about this place and hopefully you're not the unlucky few to get towed by this place (police call tow). It was also $250 to get her car to tow and I've never paid more than a 150 and I'm from Gainesville.
