Seating area at the original Scooters in Bellevue, 25th & Cornhusker. Out for a walk on this cool September afternoon, stopped in for a hot sip. They finished their remodel a while back but just getting around to visiting since I'm on foot. It's a warm cozy, modern and friendly place to sit. If you tune in to the employee conversation you can tell they all truly enjoy their job! I love the positivity! AND my hot mocha with maple spice just adds to the vibe and season! Yummy! read more

So I got talked into loading the scooters app yesterday. Went to the store on cornhusker about 35th st. Used my app with a two dollar off coupon and ordered one coffee. This morning I check the bank and I was charged 28.75 got one coffee! Tried to call this morning and absolutely no answer! Called another scooters and talked to Sami! She is awesome! So please be careful if you use this location. And still no answer on their phone! Go see Sami instead! read more

I went to the drive thru. Ordered a large smoothie and two small. I get up to the window to pay. The cashier asked me to pull up the the curb and someone will bring my drinks out to me. At this point I'm annoyed because why do I have to move for the person behind me. I pulled to the curb the chick brings my drinks out. Gives me three smalls drinks. I tell her it should of been a large. The chick then tells me to pull to the door. At this point I'm frustrated. I pull to the door put my car in park and went inside. I should of asked for a refund because at this point I was pissed. I have never had these issues with the location. Not coming back. If this location will make customers move. Ever since I tried my first scooters coffee drink, I loved it. However, sometimes it's hit or miss with some locations. it's understandable, disappointing, but understandable. This location, however, gets it right each and every time we make a stop through the drive through. They also have friendly employees, who, at 6 or 7am in the morning are cheerful and happy to kick start our day with a nice cup 'o joe. I'm looking forward to Easter, so my sister and I can have our Scooter's fix!! read more

Although I prefer Starbucks, this drive-through is much more conveniently located for us so we stop here almost weekly. I tried several hot and cold drinks before finally finding one I like (iced turtle latte). I don't know what it is, but even my go-to hazelnut latte tastes off when they make it. No matter what I get here, I have to ask for an extra shot or it just doesn't taste right for some reason. And you have to ask for whipped cream yourself. But at least the service is always fast and friendly! One thing I wish they would adjust is the menu placement. It's just before the window so you have to awkwardly pull up almost to the window to see it while they wait for you, or crane your neck from the window looking back. read more

Each time I go to this scooters, my coffee is always correct and always tastes great. The people who make the coffee are always friendly and I must say, great baristas! If this coffeehouse was open longer hours, I would come here all the time for my cup of coffee, but they close earlier than others, so I do not always come here. In the mornings on my way to school though, they open at 0530, perfect timing for a great morning cup. It's quite busy at this time. I bet it's because everyone knows its the best place to go for coffee! read more

Though it's not as good as Starbucks when it comes to coffee drinks, I do enjoy Scooter's shakes. I love the peanut butter power shake. It tastes delicious and gives you lots of protein. I add espresso to it and it's like coffee and breakfast all-in-one. A large keeps me full until lunch The staff here is always friendly. There is not a place to go inside, it's drive through only, but they have two drive throughs. They always have really good pastries, but I wasn't impressed by their breakfast burrito. If you get a pastry make sure they warm it up, or if may still be frozen depending on what time you get there. read more

It was pouring down rain and this D/T only shop has no speaker system so you yell at the employees who hopefully hear you, which gets you even more wet! #firstworldproblems Once they hear you, they are quite nice. The coffee is not good, too weak for my taste, so order extra shots if you like it strong. Scooter's has a very profitable niche: frou frou sweet drinks that deliver caffeine without you ever tasting the coffee. If you want a Carmelicious with extra whip, this is your place. Real espresso or drip coffee? Come when you get a free drink coupon or else move along, nothing to see here. read more

I'm not an avid coffee drinker, but I do enjoy going to coffee shops to get drinks. I went to this scooters on cornhusker road & asked for an iced caramel macchiato. I wasn't asked what size so I told them I wanted a 16 ounce & as I pull up to the drive thru I pay my total then proceed to hand me a drink that didn't look like a macchiato. They said have a good day and close the door immediately as I try to ask what drink this is. The lady opens the door and said they don't serve macchiatos and that's a Starbucks drink. I understood that they don't serve that drink, but why make me pay for something I didn't ask for. I wasn't told that information in the first place until they hand me the drink and I paid. I talked to two people before getting this information and I know that a macchiato is a layered drink, not a special type of coffee so it was disappointing I got poor communication and customer service from them. I chose to give a one star because this could have been prevented and it was not a friendly encounter at this location! If you want coffee go to a different location or a competitor brand. read more

Decent location! Quick and also friendly! I love the variety of things offered on the menu! Although I would suggest they ask more questions... And not assume. I ordered a pumpkin smoothie(holidays around Xmas time) they put a shot of expresso in it. Without asking me... It wasn't very good. But they where quick to fix it. read more

Ive always had bad customer service at this location so I never go to this one anymore. Today I was on that end of town & remembered I had a coupon for a free small drink. I was so stoked bc I had forgotten my debit card at home and really wanted a morning coffee. I pulled up & ordered my drink and let the barista know about my coupon. She then informed me it had to be printed out. I dont know weather I'm more shocked that in todays modern day technology world that Scooters would have someone waste paper & ink for a free drink or the fact that Scooters sends the coupon via email just to make us print it off. . . Either way, I left & went over to Starbucks. I had a free coffee drink with them too and they just scanned my app and I was on my way! Ill be avoiding this Scooters location once again. read more

Scooters coffee, lattes, etc, are knda week for my taste, I want only a little milk in my coffee. I usually ask for an added shot of espresso and waa-laa it's a good strength. Their employees are very friendly, and I love that! read more

Scooter's is the best in town. Try their Mocha Smoothies (no whip). They are awesome!!!!

This place has 2 drive thru's and is quick to get you a drink. If i order a drink with a red bull, they dont toss, or use the redbull in another drink, they pass you the can. Business is awesome and much better service then the big chains. The only place i found better is the place in washington state but they borderline "playhouse" for atmosphere. read more

Idk what the big hype is about Scooter's here in Nebraska. It's just overly sweetened coffee drinks. The espresso tastes burnt and that is drowned out by loads and loads of flavored syrup. Skip this place and go to Beansmith or Archetype. read more

Very friendly staff! Military discount. I usually get a mocha. Only reason my review is not 5 stars is they are not always consistent. Sometimes my mocha is great and other times it has a bit of a skunky taste. The pastry selection is ok. However, if you order on of the breads i'd get it not heated. Heating it makes it fall apart while your trying to eat. read more
