They are always so nice! I love coming here. They have the candy land theme still going on which the grandma nutt is my favorite!

I love that Scooter's improved their app last year, and made their app ordering experience better. Easy to rack up reward points, easy to pay, easy to see the menu. The coffee here always tastes fresh and flavorful, and the workers are nice. The fancy drinks actually taste like they have coffee in them, not just sugary syrups and lots of milk, which I appreciate. The prices are competitive with other chains and the menu options are diverse. I am happy to support this coffee chain! read more

I've had a different scooter's coffee one time before, and I enjoyed it. This location is conveniently located off of Kenosha, so I stopped to try it out. I ordered a nitro cold brew with sugar free vanilla cold foam. It's overpriced compared to Dutch Bros and 7 Brew. I made the mistake by not realizing the nitro doesn't have ice, which I don't like. Service was quick. I need to get the app I guess for future stops, but honestly I'd probably just stick with the other coffee options in the area. It's a cute little drive thru though. read more

Fast friendly service, average prices. They have a full line of hot/cold coffee drinks, smoothies, and tea. in addition a good selection of pastries and breakfast items. Not overly impressed with the coffee drinks we had. I will give it another try. read more

Was here at scooters around 7:40 this morning, my only complaint is a customer holding up the line and yelling at the sweet girls at the window. I know people can give them hell sometimes. I had a very nice experience, the girl at the window was very sweet and definitely had a scooters smile and my food and drink came out very quickly. Will 10/10 come back again! read more

Terrible service & mediocre food. The prices make it a bit harder to come back again. Lately though the service has been horrible. Don't expect to get your order out without an "What else" between every item. Feel very rushed when the most I see there usually is only me or 1 other car. read more

Scooters is dollar general version of Dutch bros and dutch hasn't disappointed me yet. yall also have bad costume service I feel like I'm unwelcome because Your employees seem miserable, again Dutch out preforms you in that field the people who take my order are happy and smiling asking about my day and what I have planned and talk to me like a human and not a walking talking wallet. Finally y'all are closed at 8 when Dutch is open till 10. The only reason I gave yall 2 stars and not 1 was because of the cinnamon roll. read more

I love scooters its always fast and most the time very friendly service but here lately it seems like they can't get my drink correct and I order the same thing everytime so not sure why it can't be don't correctly either its the wrong size they leave the whip off or forget to put the extra shot in I always ask at the window if they got the extra shot and most the time it's a no sorry we will add it. So unfortunately they are getting a 3 use to be a 5 but lately I don't feel like they have people doing the job that knows what they ate doing still delicious and friendly service though if you don't mind your order being wrong 75% of the time. read more

Let's just say the lady working at the window needs to always work the window. She gave the best customer service to someone in a hurry she heated my amazing pumpkin Carmel muffin when I was in a hurry and didn't want it to be so she offered to give a new one because I planned on gifting it to a coworker later.
