The space is so cute--warm, cozy, and the kind of spot that immediately makes you feel better just by being in it. There's a huge selection of drinks (coffee, tea, and everything in between) plus plenty of food options, which was exactly what I needed in that moment. Everything was delicious, comforting, and just the right amount of restorative. Whether you're recovering from a long weekend or just need a really solid coffee in a great space, this place is a must-stop in Lincoln.

I had great service, and I like that they take your order and make your drink before helping the next customer. It seems to help things flow more smoothly. My oat milk cortado was good, my husband got a dirty chai and it was an interesting flavor. Not had, but lacked some of the chai spice flavor. I also ordered a blueberry muffin for us to split, it was big! It was tasty, but covered in cinnamon sugar which I didn't appreciate on a blueberry muffin. We sat on the outdoor patio with our dogs and it was such a relaxing time! Great patio seating and a bit of indoor seating as well, not as much as the Omaha location.

While…read morethere are still far too many misleading food labels out there I know first hand this is not one of them. Mohrhauser Farms takes great pride in their product knowing they are providing good quality meats without any steroids or hormones. There is a big difference in taste and texture of this meat over what you normally get off the store shelf. My only problem is keeping the bacon hidden from my fiancé long enough to enjoy it myself.

Steroid/Hormone Free- We want our clients to taste all natural products. Our human bodies produce hormones, a synthetic hormone that may be fed to animals can act as toxin and cause health issues in humans. 3. Grass finishing has become a new food fad. Cattle finished on grass are typically leaner than grain fed animals, but less fat and older animals result in dry, tough meat. 4. Corn produces a more consistent eating experience. Aromatic compounds in different plants will deposit in the fat, changing the flavor. Fat is flavor. We finish our cattle on corn for at least the last 120 days, we age our beef for 21 days to increase the flavor. 5. Taste the difference in our products. We do not use food dye, msg, preservatives, or any type chemical that would alter the taste of your purchase. 6. Award winning- The Mohrhauser family has been issued many awards including 2014 Honored Agriculturalists and 2013 Century Farm Award. 7 - Bred, born, and raised! Our animals are raised on our farm since birth. You do not have to worry about our beef, chicken, or pork you purchase being shuffled around to 3 or 4 different farms. They are all raised at one farm, this reduces the stress load.

Portions are generous; the online menu says that you get 4 empanadas; I'm almost certain I got 6. My companion got the caldo de res (beef stew), which came in probably a quart bowl. We got the medium drinks and they were probably 12-16 ounce. The empanadas are fried; they came with some kind of finely chopped vegetable topping and 2 salsa options. They were tasty but basic. The beef soup had huge chunks of meat (some on the bone) and orange bell pepper, another salsa option, and chopped onion, etc. to sprinkle over. My companion seemed happy with it. I also got a horchata, and I can't agree with whoever was complaining about it - it was fine. Service was friendly and quick. I probably won't be back as I like more vegetarian options, but if you eat meat, check it out!

The menu was a little smaller than I had hoped, and I was looking for more traditional meals but this offers appetizer and sandwich options. I ordered the carne asada with beans, eggs, and plantains and it really hit the spot. I am a tiny bit picky about my beans and these were great. My colleagues hadn't ever tried this type of food before so they were a little nervous, but overall very pleased. I thought the plantains were a bit too soft and could have used a little more cooking. And I wasn't too convinced that the hotdog sandwiches were good, but they seem to enjoy them.
