There was a cute cotton candy machine, where you can watch your cc being made into creative shapes. Despite the lack- luster customer service, my drink was incredible. Smooth, creamy and cold, I instantly became a fan. I would tell potential customers.... Look at the on- line menu before you go, because the choices are innumerable. They got music playing which is welcoming, but the lack of seating tells me to take my drink and leave which is OK. Dutch Bros has a business model that works for them. Although... if it's intended for a quick drive up and get your drink type of spot, the entrance nuisance noted above kinda works against it. Let me add that service was super fast.
