Characteristics: It must be sturdy to handle the "dipped" (entirely submerged) or "wet" (extra gravy) serving style, retaining texture without becoming immediately mushy." The bread here falls apart. These are server issues and maybe the cook didn't read the ticket correctly. This will not stop me from returning, but if they would like to increase the star rating, this needs to be corrected quickly.
