I really like how quick the line is, it's rare that you sit and wait for long periods. There is one girl that works there that is the happiest person I have ever met at 7am on a Monday. The only complaint I have (which is rough for a coffee place) their drinks are never consistent. Some days they are amazing and others they are ehhh. I must have been super mad when I made that last review as I'm totally addicted to scooters. I let my diet go to hell and their drinks are the main reason. Starting off the new year I won't be visiting as often as their sugar free drinks are definitely not sugar free (at least the blenders aren't because of an ice cream base) and also use the bad chemical sugar replacements. These drinks are crazy crazy expensive. However service is usually pretty good. I do think all my favorite baristas end up leaving so I'm not sure how management treats their employees. I wish they had a little table or 2 outside to sit and enjoy drinks but none of their locations have a place to enjoy the coffees. All just to go. I'm excited they have $1 mini donuts to bring my kiddos as a special treat at times. I'm giving up sugar for the 50th time and I have been dreaming about the pistachio white mocha blender. I can't get amaretto my favorite coffee flavor anywhere anymore and this reminded me of that so it's been my latest addiction. Highly recommend it. I'm struggling to pick how many stars honestly. Let's go with 3.5 but I'll give it a 4 to round up. read more

My go to coffee spot! The staff are always super friendly! Great customer service. My favs include the iced Caramelicious and Hot Chai Latte. The kids enjoy their smoothies and hot chocolate. I've never had an order wrong, and always had quick service. read more

This is what I wrote to Scooters: I went to the Smithville, mo location to get a butterscotch iced latte and the girl was yawning while I was placing my order. She sounded so bored. I would not turn my mic on if I were going to yawn or at least apologize. When I pulled up to the window I was not acknowledged instead all the girls were talking amongst themselves. When they were done then one told me the amount. I think they are way too laid back and forgot they are at work not school. Scooters reply: Hello Faith! We're sorry to hear about your recent experience at our Scooter's store. This is very unusual for my team, I'm very disappointed as well. I'd like to personally apologize, I would like to make it up to you as well. As this is very unlike us at Scooter's, we'd like to offer your next pastry and drink on us! And it took a long time for them to give her the drink then finally I pull up and the girl has half her body out the window and laughingly says hers your drink and muffin and no points since it's free. I just find that behavior condescending and spiteful. I will not be visiting there anymore. You would think she would say I'm going put a supervisor in there to rectify the situation but nope nothing. Or they're going to get retrained. I'm not spending my money there anymore.
