Honestly the best service and best guys I have come across in a VERY long time. Let me explain. My husband and I rode our bikes 10 miles up the coast to a beach and I lost my lock key in the ocean. One of their shop owners literally drove the 10 miles to meet me, gave me a spare key, and went on his way. When I rode back to the shop late, expecting a bill for the key I lost, the drive to meet me, and for being late... all they could say was, "no charge" with a smile on their faces. They had every right to leave me with a big bill and they did just the opposite. What an act of grace, generosity, and good customer service. Not to mention, the bikes were reasonably priced, we're in great shape, and they fit them to our bodies in terms of the seat. I can't say enough good things about these guys. The guy at the front desk that assisted us was so dope and super kind. I truly appreciated his customer service. He gave us free water, explained safety concerns with roller skating versus roller blading. Was quick with providing everything we need. I think the bike and roller skate rental was $49 for one hour You can ask for protective pads for your knees and elbows. The process was quick and painless. I have my own bike, and I just needed some air in my tires. The guy there (I wish I remembered his name) was busy helping other customers but was still attentive and checked with me to see what I needed. Very polite and once he finished with the other customers he serviced my bike. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend. read more

Great customer service, they showed us on google maps all the places to stop. We did a 2 hour rental and had a great time. The bikes were in great condition and we will definitely rent from them in the future. One thing they offered that was cool was tapping a fresh coconut for $6. My son thought it was very cool to drink coconut water right from the coconut! *one thing to note is that if you are killing time after a cruise prior to your flight, they will allow you to store your luggage for the day while you are riding around town. If I could give them 10 stars out of five, I would! I rented rollerblades and went on a joyride around Miami Beach with my one-year old, who was in her stroller and had a blast. First off- the team was kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to answer questions and give recommendations. The equipment was excellent! Helmets and gear were included, which I appreciate as an ER doc- and everything was SO clean. Prices were the best in the area. If you have a couple hours in Miami Beach, don't hesitate- rent a bike or a pair of rollerblades and have some fun. We saw so much in two hours and it was the absolute highlight of our trip! They also literally have everything- bikes, blades, tricycles, child seats, bike trailers, etc. Truly amazing. As a totally separate aside- I have to add that the owner Miguel and staff member Abraham were unbelievably kind and renewed my faith in humanity. I dropped my phone on the street after rollerblading and had a flight to catch a couple hours later. When I went back to the store, Miguel gave me his phone to use to call mine. Someone picked it up and had it a few miles away. They told me to sit tight and relax, hopped on their own bike, and came back with my phone 20 minutes later. Our first Segway experience. It's a fun and interesting way to tour the city. We did their afternoon Star Island tour and our family was the only one signed up, so it was like a private tour. The young gentleman who led the tour is from Venezuela. He was amazing. My young boy was very nervous on the Segway and hesitated to ride. The tour guide spent much time to get him comfortable and hauled his Segway the whole tour. He kept encouraging my boy and stayed patient. Very much appreciated!!! The tour was fun and informative. I was on vacation last week and rented an electric bike from Sandra at South Florida Trikke. The bike was practically new and Sandra had me out on the boardwalk in like 15 minutes. Great customer service, Her and Rolando showed us on google maps all the places to stop. She also found a restaurant that I rode by on my ride! / they looked it up for me when i returned as i couldn't remember the name. First time riding a Segway. Our guide Roger was amazing. His instruction, patience and humor were all highlights of our ride. There was one person in our group who due to an injury, had a little of a bit of a challenge. Kudos to Roger and the team in arranging alternative transportation which allowed her to share the experience with her family. The tour took us through South Beach, along Biscayne Bay to Star Island. Along the way there were stops for photo ops and views of some of the amazing celebrity properties. Highly recommend this tour. On a hot day, being able to ride through South Beach and the surrounding communities with a nice cool breeze made the trip truly enjoyable! read more
