I thought this was fair as I have have changed motorcycle tires myself in the past. I wanted to have a shop do this as I no longer had the inclination or all the required stands to change tires on a cruiser. I took the motorcycle in late on Saturday and they had it done late the following Monday. I was notified shortly after 5:00. They close at 5:30 so I had my son take me to pick it up. When everything was done I was walking out the door after 5:30 and my son had already left. I almost lost it turning out of the lot onto Earl Ave. Hit the brakes at the light and had a severe vibration. Now since the motorcycle had the original tires on it when it was taken in it was perfectly fine. I get it home and put it up on my lift and start looking at things. The drive belt was horribly over tightened. I gave them specific instructions on how the belt was to be tightened because of issues with the rear wheel bearings on my particular motorcycle. They completely ignored those instructions. When I went to redo the belt tension the wheel adjuster nuts on the right side of the wheel weren't tightened. You could move the nuts with your finger. The wheel alignment was not correct and what really p----d me off was the fact that the axle nut was barely tight. When I put my wrench on it the weight of my hand moved it. I was able to improve the situation but still had a vibration. Went to a competitor and talked to them that I was suspecting a crappy job on tire balancing. They didn't remove the old weights and there was a lot of stick on weights on it. So I purchased beads that go in the tire to balance it. When I removed the stick on weights, the had added 2.5 ounces on the front tire alone! And an ounce to the rear! That is over and above the original weight they didn't remove. I have almost eliminate the vibration but I have marks on the front rotor that looks like they used it to pry against with tire tools. Since I have been in the metal working industry I will setup an indicator and check for this. Through all this my wife said take it back. I said no way, they messed this up so bad that they will never touch anything of mine again. This was the first and last. All in all the only way I can describe the work they do is complete and utter incompetence. They should have their business license revoked for endangering the public.

Unprofessional and clueless. If I could give them less stars I would. This is a warning to all people who assume Twin City Motorsports would have the best interest of the consumer, they are not concern about anything but screwing people over and taking their money. Amazing they're able to do this and still be in business. I feel bad for the employees that don't know their management is taking advantage of people and giving the innocent a bad reputation. Save your money and go to a professional with a reputation of excellence!

I was now making the run to the Middle East Conflicts wall when I bike won't start. I get my bike here hoping that it would be an easy fix and I would be back on the road soon. I was crushed when the service writer told me that he would be able to get to it sometime the next week. I was crushed. I had to get back to CA later that week. I mentioned some of my plight and was told that he would do his best to get to it sometime that day. A tech was on my bike in an hour and thoroughly diagnosed my bike. I was back on the road 5 hours later. Thank you Indian Motorcycle of Lafayette!!!

I called the dealership on a Saturday morning and spoke with Brent, he said "come on in" and we will get you set up today. Upon arrival Kelly made sure we got into the shop right away. I had also heard good things about a mechanic named Randy over there. Randy is a very seasoned mechanic, he did a great job getting the bike out of the shop in no time at all. Kelly checked back in with us after we did some shopping to make sure we were well taken care of. My wife and I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service we received on our visit to Indian Motorcycle of Lafayette. By the way, we got some great deals on jackets and gear, the dealership has a great inventory to chose from. We will be back!

I was told this service would take a couple days, which I expected, and left my bike with them. I then received a message 2 days later saying they had replaced the inner tube and just needed to get confirmation to go ahead with some brake repairs, which I approved for the estimated price of 76.02. I then heard nothing from them for 3 weeks. As it is midterm season and I am in a challenging major, I didn't have time to be thinking about my bike, so I assumed parts were on back order or something. Eventually I caved and messaged possible times I could pick up the bike. I was then messaged after both of the times I gave, such that I couldn't pick up my bike for another week. When finally messaged back, I discovered they uncharged me to 116.02 for a service I did not approve. When I eventually made it into the shop, I inquired about the time and the price. The employee I talked to gave me attitude saying, "It sounds like you should open your own bike shop." After repeatedly telling the employee I was talking to I was not mad and simply curious as to what happened, he told me someone put the bike on a rack upstairs and forgot about it for nearly a month. In the end, they took 20$ off the total (still 20$ more than what I was sent in an itemized list). Overall extremely unprofessional experience, I will be fixing my bike on my own from now on.

Additionally, making fun of the gift (bike computer) given to me from my kids shows their real character and should not be conveyed by a business owner to anyone. Taking 2 weeks to mount tire to a new wheel was my frustration and disappointment with Virtuous. Business owner did not address this in his reply. I did not accuse staff of stealing, I asked where bike was stored during the 2 weeks and if everyone visiting business has access. When visiting the store and seeing the disorganization and randomness of which the bikes were stored about, it seemed likely that something could go missing, that's why I asked. Tire on new wheel has not been able to keep air in it since bringing home. Worst service experience I have ever had, would give zero stars if could. Left bike at shop as it needed a new wheel, gave directions on size of wheel and tire to order to the service tech. Received notice that items were ordered and it arrived in a few days, however it took 2 weeks to get it installed. When picking up noticed tire and valve was incorrect size. Positive note, they were able to switch out and get me out the door in 15min and I appreciated that, but it left me thinking.... why did it take 2 weeks to get my wheel and tire installed when it took 15min. when they had it incorrect. Entire operation felt disorganized, and that technicians were working to accommodate everyone who stops in for minor repairs vs those who had come in before them. Side note, when testing riding my bike noticed front tire was flat, gears did not shift correctly, and I was missing my bike computer. Want to support local businesses but this experience was terrible.
