While it wasn't a complete waste of time (I was able to meet the dentist and get my x-rays done), it would be beneficial for the scheduler to take the initiative on knowing more closely of the staff's availability to help avoid extra trips for patients. When I returned for my cleaning, both the front desk staff and the hygienist were just as kind and welcoming as during my first visit. The cleaning itself was excellent; my teeth feel amazing! I was advised to wait about 30 minutes before eating afterward. One helpful tip they shared for daily care: floss first (moving left to right and gently into the gumline), then brush, use a tongue scraper, and finish with mouthwash. Swishing water around your mouth after meals and spitting it out can also help prevent food from getting stuck between teeth and gums. Overall, once the scheduling issue was resolved, the care and service were great.
