I was impressed by the great number of reviews but sorry, I am not coming in if you cannot show me a few pics of veneers you have actually done. I was only looking to replace a few. They said they do not post online pics so okay, can you email me just a few? Nope, the dentist said, I will have to come in to see pics. No thanks. Dr Riad and his ENTIRE office staff are the best dental team you'll find. From the minute you walk into the waiting room you are greeted with smiles and genuinely kind and caring staff. They are also very cognizant of your time and YOUR schedule and needs. I have never had to wait past my appointment time and their work flow just makes sense. You never just sit in the chair waiting for the next thing to be done, it's so nice to feel like you are their priority patient the entire time you're there. All four of us in the family have had dental work done by Dr Riad and I can tell you- hands down you will not find a better dentist than him. He sits and talks with you, genuinely wants to know you as a patient and your concerns/fears about dental care and procedures. I had a botched root canal last year and months later was still having pain. Dr Riad got me in very quickly (even as a new pt he had never met) and not only got me pain free the same day, three days later he was able to build up the stump And place a new crown with literally no pain at all. He also listened to me before he started the procedure when I told him that I have never gotten fully numb for a dental procedure due to the fact that I metabolize anesthesias VERY quickly. He is 1000% the only dentist in my 42 yrs of life who has been able to get me absolutely pain free!!! And on top of that they have EXCELLENT prices! I had a root canal, build up and replacement crown for half the price of just the root canal at my previous dentist! Dr. Kirollos Riad is NOT a good dentist. He is dishonest and lies about the work he says you need to have done on your teeth. I have been coming to this dentist office for many years now. I was very happy when Dr. Rantandeep Bawa was at this office. I never seemed to have a problem. But there are a few very nasty things that happened here over the years with Dr. Riad. I am disabled. I have had a lot of work on my teeth due to my health. Before becoming disabled, I saw a dentist that I would trust with my life. I just could not afford to see my old dentist anymore. So when I received Denti-Cal, I began seeing Dr. Bawa. Then later Dr. Riad took over for Dr. Bawa. The following are situations that happened over time with Dr. Riad: 1. After a year or two seeing Dr. Riad, one time he was doing a filling and he dropped the drill in my mouth and drilled a hole under my tongue! It really hurt bad! I called Dr. Bawa and she reassured me that it would heal quickly. I never did do anything about it as I was going through so much with my health that I did not have the time or energy. 2. I was told by Dr. Riad that I needed to do a lot of work. I was given a long print out of extensive work needed, totaling $30,000! None of this was true! I have this in writing! I then went to get a second opinion. I went to see my old dentist (who I trust with my life). My old dentist told me all I needed to do was to have one filling on Tooth #29, which was covered under Denti-Cal. So that is what I did. 3. I was told by Dr. Riad that the implant I had done in Mexico on my front tooth was bad! He said this 2 years after I had the implant. And he was more than happy to refer me out to someone he knew! I had this checked out as well by my old dentist. He said my implant is fine! When I questioned Dr. Riad about it, he said well that is not what the x-Ray said. The x-Ray done by my old dentist was fine. So what is Dr. Riad doctoring my x-Ray? 4. I was told by Dr. Riad that I needed a root canal on Tooth #31! I have this in writing! I had this checked out by my old dentist also. No! I did not need any root canal on that tooth! ALL OF THESE WERE POOR PRACTICE AND LIES!!! If I had not gone to my old dentist to double check what Dr. Riad was telling me, I would have probably believed him and done the work! Who knows what Dr. Riad is telling other patients? Or how many other people he is scamming? If you are reading this, I would not trust him to do any work on your teeth. These situations caused severe stress to me and made me more ill! Just what you need when you are already disabled! Dr. Riad also put me in difficult situations with other dentists! I had to go back and forth and spend unnecessary time and money so I could find out the truth! No one should have to go through that! Shame on you Dr. Riad for trying to take advantage of the disabled!!! I don't know who these dentists think they are trying to get away with doing unnecessary work just so they can benefit monetarily! It is unethical and just plain wrong! I do not know how they can practice or even sleep at night! I am so done! I hope and pray they realize that God sees what they are doing. I have to send a special shout out to Suzie at the front desk. She is always professional and does a great job. Also, Elena does a great job! She is kind, sensitive and does an excellent job cleaning your teeth. I would go to this office just for those 2 girls. But because Dr. Riad is there, he has ruined that office!
