I was hoping for help with Desensitization/Counter Conditioning for my puppy's issues, but apparently it's not done here. Owner could be friendlier, less arrogant, less scattered in communication & less judgy.

Edible grass blade? Oh, everything is edible!

We can't imagine there is anyplace more nurturing or loving for our dogs than Scott-Fox. We've seen first hand and benefited from the magic of the Scott Fox training methods with 2 dogs over the last 8 years. Whether nose work, or Puppy Day Care or Obedience Class, the training is relevant, age appropriate and first rate. Every staffer is a pro with a passion for dogs and wants the very best for them - their love for other people's dogs is always evident. Ms. Scott-Fox is very knowledgeable with extensive training experienced and a wry sense of humor. (Must be the Brit in her). If you just need a dog sitter or don't want to take personal responsibility to (learn how to) train your dog, go someplace else. This is not just training for your dog. Scott-Fox provides the information and training for dog owners to be successful. Well worth the "tuition".

Penny Scott-Fox is one of the nation's most respected dog behavioral specialists with international acclaim to boot. She came highly recommended by a neighbor of ours who did basic obedience training with their dog. So... we did that too, BUT we have also since done agility training with Scott-Fox Training (think obstacle course training with jumps and weave poles), which is so much fun! Talk about a workout for your dog AND you. We didn't stop there. We continue to take fun nosework class (think K9 narcotic sniffing dog except without the drugs and bombs!) because our dog LOVES it, she actually prefers this over agility training. We're what Penny calls a "Lifer" because we're hooked. She's great at what she does. As her web site says, "her passion for training is contagious." True dat. We've caught that bug big time.

We became prisoners in our own home. We either had to take him everywhere with us or have one of us stay behind. It became a huge burden, and we found ourselves scheduling our entire lives around our dog. We decided to work with Dawit, and little by little, things started to improve. When we got Cooper back from training, he was like a completely different dog. He no longer pulled on the leash, was not reactive when he saw other dogs, his recall was amazing, and many of our typical worries disappeared. However, the separation anxiety still persisted. This is where Dawit truly deserves recognition. He never gave up on us or on Cooper. Our training journey probably lasted longer than most because of how severe Cooper's anxiety was, but Dawit went far beyond the typical follow-ups. Over the course of several months, the training sessions, check-ins, texts/videos, communication, and home visits finally paid off. There were times when I genuinely thought we'd never be able to return to a normal life, but our consistency combined with Dawit's continued support and new techniques made all the difference. Cooper can now stay home alone in his crate without issues. That being said, training only works if you put in the effort. We followed through with everything Dawit recommended, even when it was difficult or when we didn't see immediate results. It's easy to fall back into old habits or give up when progress feels slow, but perseverance truly pays off. Side note: Dawit is just an all-around great person who genuinely cares about what he does. Our dog absolutely adores him. We also love the boarding services he offers -- especially because Cooper comes home exercised and happy. Another huge plus is that Cooper is now off-leash certified, and we fully trust him to make good decisions. Yes, it can be costly, but it's an investment and honestly, I don't know another dog as well‑behaved as ours. I'm incredibly proud of the work it took to get here.

My very alpha dog needed a lot of training and Dawit turned him into a more calm alpha dog who knows his place at home and in public. We adopted him 6 months ago and although we'd done hours and hours of research on puppies, we quickly realized we were way in over our heads with our dog. The Wigglewag team continuously goes above and beyond to help us learn what Pablo needs from us. Nes really cares about and knows dogs -- he gets in their heads in a way I've never seen before. His approach to training is extremely thorough and entirely focused on your relationship with your specific dog. His team is just as dedicated and caring. They welcome Pablo everyday and always provide updates on his strengths and struggles for the day. In only 3 weeks of consistent daycare and a few one-on-one training sessions with Nes, our whole lives are different. We are learning a whole new way to interact with our pup, and he is learning the boundaries he needs to be his best self. We all have a ways to go, but we're making much more progress than we have in the past. And I am 100% confident it's because of Nes and his team. Services we've tried: * daycare * training sessions * boarding Especially during this strange time when dogs are not getting the socialization they need, having these amazing partners helping us raise our dog is truly life changing. I know it sounds like I'm laying on the drama here, but I mean it! If your dog is struggling with any behavior issues, or you need some help with training/walking/whatever...they are hands down the best investment you can make for your dog and yourself. Thank you Wigglewag for loving our wild, sweet boy and for constantly giving us the tools we need to be who he needs us to be.

He'd never had formal training, but he's overflowing with love. At 88 pounds, he would have been incredibly difficult to place in a foster situation or new home. Lindy stepped in and took on finding a foster and the volunteer-training of this dog simply out of the goodness of her big heart. Not only did Lindy find a loving placement for our friend's pup who lets our friend visit him when she wants, she also offered free training to the new dog parent and took on additional responsibilities that are practically unheard of these days, especially from businesses focused almost solely on the bottom line. Lindy and her staff showed a level of genuine generosity and care that feels rare. I want to nominate " I Dig My Dog' for a Mayor's Day - so many hours quietly given in the service of our wonderful friend!

We had tried what felt like everything and his separation anxiety was so bad that it got to the point that my partner and I basically gave up our social lives, had to coordinate with one another one of us would be going to the market or if it would be a trip where we both can go but someone sits in the car with our dog. We met the team at K9 Logic Dog Training and they assessed our dog and determined what kind of training program would be best for him to address his separation anxiety and the other skills we wanted to work on. Within a week we noticed progress. We finally were able to leave the house for an hour and go to the market together. Week by week the time has gradually gotten longer where we have been able to leave him alone for longer periods of time to reclaim our social life back. I was skeptical at first, but after that first week I became a believer. We are so happy with the results that for the purpose of just giving him structure and routine we signed him up for more classes and he LOVES being at school.
