But , I am so glad we did. Ed did both mine and hers. He was great at drawing up the picture. It took us like 3 times to get it exactly what we wanted. I went into Custom Ink & Steel to get my nose pierced and was completely surprised by the atmosphere in this shop, the staff was so welcoming and willing to help. I have now received 2 tattoos from Evan Oslund he does AMAZING work, he is also very friendly and talks to you the whole time, which is a big plus in my opinion. I called first to see if appointments were needed and they said come on in, walk ins are always welcome. The first plus was the kind and welcoming voice on the phone. When I arrived I noticed they had lots of parking spots in the lot. Always a big plus. The staff greeted me as if I'd been coming there for years. I only had to wait for about 2 minutes. I noticed they had 4 barbers working that day. All with kind smiles and great attitudes. My hair was cut to perfection and a nice clean hot towel shave professionally done I was impressed from start to finish. $40 out the door was a great deal as well. The design inside is rustic country themed and it's a relaxing environment to wait and enjoy while getting all cleaned up. This is my place to be going forward when I'm in the area.
