I hope they can change my mind with better patient care over the course of my child's treatment plan! The lower glued apparatus wire that holds the rubber bands has fallen off several times now on both sides - Just popped off when he is putting the rubber bands on. The first time was about a week into the treatment plan. We were 'fit in' to the schedule for the repair and the technician - because she was not the orthodontist - did not know how to reattach it and was very confused .. she spun it in her hands and even said she didn't know how to put it back on. She had to go find someone to tell her how to attach it. It was not attached correctly and the rubber bands were unwearable. Whenever he tried the rubber band would slide back behind the wire and fall in between his teeth and pull at the glue and not the wire. 3 weeks later they did the next step in his treatment and gave my child stronger rubber bands to wear. (The lower apparatus bar had already popped off and been replaced on the other side by this time with another 'fit in appointment' - my child was not eating or drinking anything when it popped off merely putting on the rubber bands before bed) Within three days of this treatment planned visit the poorly replaced lower wire apparatus side was pulled off by the stronger rubber bands. The way the wire was glued to his teeth there was no way it would stay on the wire so it was inevitable that the stronger rubber band would pull off the wire. They could not fit him in for several weeks as their only openings required him to miss an AP exam or for me to take another day off of work to wait on a two hour fit in appointment. The 'fit in appointments' are exactly that .. come at this time and we will do our best to see you when there is time. The 'fit in appointments' have been a long wait. I scheduled the next 'regular' appointment which was over two weeks out. Today was the reapplication for the lower wire again and the technician had my child's gum line bloody and chopped up from her tools and his lip was bleeding from where her tool hit his inside lip when he reflexively moved from her aggressive gum line work. She told him it was his fault she hit his lip with her tool because he moved and he needed to stay still. Thank you for your firm scolding and taking no responsibility for your rough handling of his mouth. Great patient care. I am certain there is responsibility for this on both sides of the dental chair. Considering how many offices and patients these doctors have I am sad to see they don't have a better system (it's like a McDonalds of dentistry) or more qualified and considerate technicians to care for their patients. I also wonder if I should have paid monthly because I can't help but wonder if their lack of polite patient care with my child is because they have my money already.

The only reason I didn't return over the years is because this practice was very expensive. In the last few years I have had decent insurance so I thought I could afford to return to this practice. I went here in 2025 and 2026 and I can say this business is disgusting. The practice feels more like your trying to negotiate a new car price at a slimmy car dealership. The employees are dishonest. They lied and told me I was in network with my insurance when I wasn't. I do believe they lied about my exam and health conditions to provided more expensive treatments. I returned in 2025 because I wanted a filling and my teeth cleaned. They told me I needed a deep clean and it would be more expensive and I would need a second cleaning in 3 to 6 months. They wanted approx. $3k for a deep clean maintenance clean and 2 fillings. In late 2025 I wanted the 2 fillings. But all they would do is the very expensive cleaning which emptied my insurance for the year $1.6k. I decided I would return 2026 to have the fillings done and have my teeth cleaned. When I called in 2026 I asked about getting a regular teeth cleaning which is free with my insurance. They told me that since I got the deep cleaning that I could never have a regular cleaning again and that I would have to get the deep maintenance cleaning every 3 months for the rest of my life. My insurance will not cover deep maintenance cleanings I would have to pay out of my own pocket. I told the staff that I just wanted to get the filling and let them know about the deep maintenance cleanings later. The Manger told me that the wouldn't treat me or provide service unless I got the deep cleaning first. I'm 54 and except in my 20's when I had a impacted wisdom tooth I have never had a tooth ache, gum inflammation, or bleeding gums . When I asked to have my fillings done, the teeth that needed the fillings, were not sore they, were structural sound for filling, they had previously agreed they were good for fillings. This business / practice puts profits above everything else . Their plan for patients is a money market plan to enrich the owner. That's why they have a huge staff of friends and family large gold fish ponds. If they would save more instead of wasting so much frivolous thing the might make the practice more affordable and stop using dishonest marketing and high pressure sells tatics.
