They said it would cost $50 for an emergency appointment, but then Dr. Diaz (who fixed the problem in no time), beside being a warm and extremely nice doctor, ended up deciding not to charge us at all, which was so kind of him! But on top of that, we were really impressed with the facility and the staff. We've lived in a number of states and seen quite a few orthodontic clinics, and they're all very good, but this is, frankly, probably the most impressive we've seen, in so many ways; in terms of how nice and cozy the place feels (while big), the size of staff, the excellent service (staff are all very kind), how smooth, efficient and fast it is. I usually have no issues but on this particular day I went with my 4 kids and my mom. My youngest is 2. My mom always comes with me because they are alot to handle especially my little one. This day the office manager said only one person was allowed in with the children. Which makes no sense. I asked to speak to her and she was not listening, very much rude and just repeating over and over that only 1 person was allowed. It was very unreasonable. My little one cried and screamed the whole time because he did not want to be parted from my mom and I had to carry him while he tried to jump out of my arms for the entire visit and he was extremely loud and inconsolable. Even the staff tried to plead with the office manager to allow my mom to come in and help while I had to deal with my 4 kids. I did my part. I brought help to make my situation manageable and the office manager was horrible and used no discretion. She was extremely unreasonable. I wanted to file a complaint but I was given no information or contact for their main department where I could do so. To this day no one has reached out regarding the situation and I like the dentists and even the staff. Office manager is the only issue I have ever had but it was a big one.
