This left me questioning why I was charged so much in advance and why the costs were not explained more clearly. My experience with the front desk employee, Mel, was also disappointing. I found her to be unprofessional and unhelpful when I tried to get clarification about the charges and insurance adjustments. I went in expecting to have a front tooth fixed, but instead left feeling pressured into additional treatment and frustrated by the billing process. Patients deserve clear explanations, transparency about costs, and professional customer service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this office.

He is a good dentist but less personable and little time with the patient. The prices have risen more than 20% this year. A cleaning is about $200. They don't accept all dental plans. Sometimes the six month cleanings are 8 months apart. I do like that they use email to confirm appointments and check-in.
