We asked for help from the company owner and he said just call an adjuster. He couldn't be bothered I guess but he sure liked the commission off of our premium we paid. Come to find out this was a new company they were writing and they didn't even know the details of the policy and are now not using this company anymore for their clients homeowners policy. Did I mention we haven't heard a word from them to see how our claim has been going or our fight. We are on our own with absolutely no help or communication with them or from them. If you are smart, you will not employ them as your agents.

Who calls during the middle of your policy to just check in on how you are doing? NOT many. I'd like to give a shout out to Jessica Barthold! anyway, recently I got a new Motorcycle, called them and gave them all the required info so I could drive off the lot protected. so, I paid a little more for the remaining one-year policy. I got a new statement from Progressive about renewing my bill, it didn't seems quite right. As a matter of fact, it seems very high. So, I made one phone call (and DONE) to Jessica and basically, they saved my $400 bucks, yes, $400. same policy coverage, etc., etc. They just used to have my Motorcycle..... Now they have my 3 other vehicles and my home. anyone wanting real customer service and folks that will go out of there way, then I highly recommend them. Here is the kicker, if they can't save you money, they will tell you upfront and recommend a company. I have been working with Marleen Miles and Tisha Brandes for 9 years now. One of my friends from junior high reached out to me letting me know her husband could help and did he. My rates fell and am paying half of what I was paying. Not only was Brian great in helping me get the best deals his follow up work was above what I had expected.
