I didn't want to hastily write something that…read morecould effect a company, but after almost 2 years of working with this office, I would not recommend using them if you have other options. It is pretty difficult getting appointments with this office. My son has had his ear tubes done 3 times in 2 years, so when he got 2 ear infections back to back, I called them to get an appointment. I told them that there was blood coming from his ear and a lot of it, but they didn't seem concerned so they booked us for an appointment 2 months later. We finally had the appointment last week and the doctor pulled out a huge chunk of crusty, congealed blood that has just been blocking his hearing for 2 months. He also did testing to find that his tubes aren't working, again! He said to do some ear drops for a week and then come see him again...but the next appointment isn't for another month, so I guess we have more waiting. Unfortunately, there isn't an ENT closer to my home that my insurance covers, so we just have to deal with it. Also, in 2019 I spent more than 3 months trying to figure out what was wrong with my throat, and after 3 different rounds of antibiotics, losing my voice completely for months and feeling terrible; my doctor finally decided that he needed to do surgery to remove the infection in my throat. Finally after months and surgery, he found that I had 4 infections, staf, strep, and 2 others that I can't pronounce. It took months to get my voice to not sound like I was sick & about a year until I could sing anything. After reading all this, if you choose to go here, expect to be dissatisfied with their service. There is a large parking lot with handicap ramps, bathrooms, etc. Easy check-in process even for a new patient. The assistants and interns were all friendly and professional. It's obvious this is a good place to work. I didn't have to wait long (in a nice lounge) between procedures, and set up future appointments a week out. Not bad. Dr. Anderson was thorough with the exam, asked many questions, listened to my concerns, and gave me printed information about my health problem. I feel like they will all keep working with me for treatment until the issue is resolved.

Dr. McCarthur is our primary pediatrician and is very knowledgeable and helpful! He's easy to talk to and whenever we have concerns he is able to explain things to us. Both my children needed helmets for their heads and he was able address his concerns about their heads being shaped differently and the issues that can arise from them not getting corrected; and was able to refer us to a specialist. My son also had ear issues and he was able to refer us to a great ENT to help get tubes in his ears. They are great with teenagers too; not just little kids. I would highly recommend this location!

As a person who has dealt with some severe allergy issues for years and been to numerous allergy…read moreclinics, I feel like I can write with a fair bit of authority here. Dr. Palmer, well, he is ok. Doctors are doctors and they are better than everyone, right? It's his support staff of nurses, techs and nurse practitioner Nancy who make this clinic run smoothly and such a wonderful place to come for treatment. I love the way they do their allergy testing. It is so much more thorough and safe than other places I have been. They don't just do the scratch tests, they do individual injections of a tiny microscopic drop of each serum. It takes a lot longer, but it is way more accurate. For food allergies, they sent me for RAST tests beause they have a policy that skin tests for food allergies can be too dangerous. I am currently undergoing a 3-5 year immunotherapy treatment plan. For you inexperienced (lucky) un-allergic folks, that is weekly allergy shots to hopefully reduce or cure my symptoms. I go to the clinic once or twice a week and get two shots each visit, one in each arm. Allergy shots are very expensive, even with insurance, but this clinic makes it affordable and lets you carry a balance and pay it off in bits as you go along. They wouldn't deny you your shot if you couldn't pay that day. I never thought I could get allergy shots because of the cost but this clinic made it possible for me. Their hours for shots are on a walk-in basis and I have never had to wait. I walk in, sign in and I am always called back to be injected before I even have a chance to sit down. In and out and back to work in no time, I love it. Another big plus to this office is that down the road there is a potential option to continue your treatment from home by giving yourself the injection and only coming into the office periodically for check ups and supplies! If you suspect you have allergies, get tested at Dr. Palmer's office. If you already know you have allergies and want to get better, consider immunotherapy. It will change your life.
