This is thus far the absolute WORST barber experience i have ever had in my entire existence on…read moreplanet earth. I literally walked out in tears. The barber DID NOT know how to use a razor blade to shape my beard so he decided not to do my beard at all even after i had shown him multiple pictures of my beard and how i wanted it done. Not to mention, i literally told him not to touch the top of my head and to avoid cutting/trimming my cowlicks and that's exactly what he did. On top of all this, he did not know how to do a fade. The whole time he only used a clipper to trim my head, he never used a super shaver or a razor to execute a fade. To make matters worse he cut my hair way too high and it's uneven all over the place, clearly he doesn't know how to blend either. I have never felt so ugly and miserable after a haircut. I had a better chance looking and feeling better had i gone to Supercuts or Sports Clip. I travel the entire country for work so i get plenty of haircuts from every city and this is the worst barbershop and the absolute worst experience in my whole life. I'm in literal shock that someone has decided to do barber artistry as a job with zero skill or knowledge on how to cut hair. It's so bad, a barber student would've done a better job. This barber did nothing right with my haircut, from not being able to do a bald fade properly, cutting my cowlicks, cutting my hair way too high and not being able to shape my beard. He could've easily said from the start that he wasn't capable of shaping up beards but instead he proceeded with the haircut. How in the world does a MALE barber not know how to use a razor is beyond me and why does this barber not have a supershaver is beyond me. It's a Saturday and i had important plans to do and now i'm all so screwed up. I'm so traumatized by this experience i will always hate the city of Cleveland because of this. The owner or lead barber are this shop is also at fault for not training this barber on how to do a fade and how to use a razor to shape up beards. I almost felt like the person who hired this barber set him up for failure which is tragic. This isn't a real barbershop! Stay away from this place unless you wanna get completely screwed up!!!!! I hate the moment Google showed me this place and the moment i made a decision to book an appointment, i specially hate the moment i actually showed up for my appointment.
