Stephanie is really nice and did a good job. I just did basic mani/pedi. I recommend her for that. Lots of chairs and color options. A little warm inside was the only downside. Literally THE WORST manicure I've ever had. Went in and requested a dip manicure which they fit me in right in. The lady providing my service seemed not super sure about the dip manicure but started anyways. She had to redip several fingers because it kept chipping off when she started to file them. She also buffed around my cuticles for so long that I left with 4 cuticle beds with small cuts and bleeding. There was lots of dip left on my fingers as I left as well. I was SPOILED when I came here my goodness. I called ahead which you should do since most places are booked even when you don't think so. They were able to fit me in and when I got there I was getting a pedicure the same time Sophia was putting my full set on. I felt so famous and like I was getting the royal treatment. First timer last weekend and will definitely be going back! Was such a good feeling to have when I left because it's such a gamble going to a new nail place and not knowing what it will be like. Gabriela was amazing and very friendly! Rose completed by fill-in (with the dip powder) and Gabriela did everything else - great team work and it showed. The girl that did my nails was very nice which is the only reason I'm giving my experience at this salon a one star. Although the girl was kind, the quality and talent was not there. There is no way that this dip manicure was worth the $62 spent. The nails were so bumpy and wayyyy too thin. Total rip off as i didn't even get 1 week out of the nails, let alone 2-3 like I've gotten from other stores in the past. Definitely do not recommend this place. Save your money for another more qualified salon. read more

Fancy nails is nice. I love that they use the plastic liners for the pedicure stations. The techs are pleasant and I enjoy going there. I did have a problem with when my gel manicure peeling and I'm sure they would've fixed it if I wanted them to but I didn't go back. I'm going back tomorrow to have Rose do another gel manicure and see how this one holds up. My gel pedicure with the same color is holding up great though! I'll give them a 3 for now and update it after my manicure. read more

I have a regular place I go to for nails. Pedicures, I don't mind trying new places. I was able to call and get right in. I signed in and told the three nail techs sitting on their phones that my friend is coming soon for a fill. My friend too about 30 min to get there. By this point a few other people had walked in for services. My friend was asked if she had an appointment, I told them this is my friend I told you about and wrote her name on the chart. The owner then loudly yells "I didn't know" I said "I told all of your people they all heard me" then a male nail tech says "no appointment" in a very angry voice. My friend said "it's fine I can wait but how long" they ignore her!!! I told my friend to leave. My pedicure was ok. She lacked experience with the scrubbing and cuticle treatment part but did well with the polish. It was $40.00. I will not be coming back based on the way these people treat costumers. Also the front door was kept open, it is 56 out and after having your pant legs rolled up and your feet in water, it is cold!!! read more

today was extremely disappointing!!! I work in the service industry and have been a customer there for a year. gave it a break because I was busy. came in a month ago the owner did my nails Rosie then passed me on to someone else who wasn't qualified to put chrome on. which by the isnt cheap costs 49.00 and i'm the service industry so i always tip 20.00 or higher. well 2nd time around they we're terrible!!!! so I called after I left because it was a friday and I didn't want to embarrass the person and the owner rosie so I have class. so I went back today for rosie the owner to fix them because its not cheap!!! and i'm not either tipping wise!!!!! she drilled down the lumpiness and barley filled in what needed to by for what to come back in a week to get a fill!!!! and then tried to pawn me off on the same person who messed up in the first place!!! I said no I want you to do it mind you being kind never raising my voice. she said no in a smart ass manner i do mind. i said no please do it she said no she do it ok in her slang. finally I shook my head and walked out. with her trying to yell at me in the parking lot to come back. well door is always open becaise she's tooooooooo cheap to put the air on!!! so anyone and everyone I'm a good customer and top tipper!!! even though that lady messed up my nails that day I still tipped her and called right after I left out of being classy and respectfully not causing a scene in hopes rosie would do the right thing and fix them apparently not!!!! ### you lost a great customer today!!! and quit being so cheap!!! shame on you!!!! read more
