Our GC said someone stole the materials and was re-sold to someone else. Element did come clean eventually but only after being continuously pressured to the truth because the GC's story sounded like a complete fabrication (which it was). To make up for the mismeasurement and major delay, they didn't bill us for the remaining missing floor (supposedly it would have cost extra) and said they would stain our hickory mantel/stairs. They also said they would fix any floor deformities after the install (like things being trapped in the clear coat). They didn't do the staining or fix any floor deformities as promised.

Removed four layers of laminate to get to original fir/pine flooring in ~10x10 kitchen. Pulled everything out of kitchen, had area prepped and cleared, sanding off last 80yo mastic went great, missing sections were patched w salvaged old flooring from Second Use then multiple rounds of treatment to get to a finish. We gave it an additional two days to "harden" since the work itself went faster than expected - all is well so far! Super stoked how it all worked out. Highly recommend.

After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends.
