Love Scott and his subs Fun loving, free spirited rock n roller dude that takes your order and makes you feel good The other people there are also equally excellent The sandwich is not your typical sub but the quality of the meats and dressings and bread are all fresh and good I also love their potato chip selection and quality Definitely a great spot for lunch If you haven't been there and are in Green Bay- you gotta go see Scott

Abnormally delicious sub. Got the #10 ham and swiss, straight up. Homemade bread, fresh veggies, popping with flavor, perhaps there is oil / mayo, not sure exactly, but something about it is just fantastic. Friendly staff, cute restaurant. Also make pizza and have beer. Limited seating. Homey small town vibe. Some true gourmet sandwiches in town, buyer beware!

Got the works pizza today and it was spot on. The crust was thin and crispy. I overate but it was so tasty. Since they close at 3 on saturdays we took it as take and bake. For one trip we also got sandwiches for lunch. The philly sandwich is good but doesn't taste like a Philly. Honestly I think it has a LOT less seasoning and salt than a philly from a place in the mall. It is a good sandwich for sure. My favorite is still the chicken Parmesan though.

If you like squished subs with barely anything on them then this is the place to go. Not a fan and won't return.

When I tell you the Basque Country Salad is the best salad I believe I'll ever eat in my lifetime, I'm not exaggerating. Their white whine vinaigrette could be bottled and sold for millions. If you like chicken, prosciutto, walnuts, figs and goat cheese, this salad will make you shed tears of joy. Everyone is SO NICE there! Even when we cater in a smattering of sandwiches, pasta salads and dessert bars everyone raves about how fresh and delicious everything is. Top notch quality across the board.

I got the special of the day which was cranberry egg salad sandwich, and cranberry bread. It was so tasty. I had a choice of sides with it. Potato chips, apple or veggies and dip. I chose veggies and dip because that is not offered very often. The veggies were wonderful and the dip was even more wonderful. When I'm up in Green Bay again I definitely will stop by.

Yelp brought us here for lunch on a Saturday in mid-October. In town for the Packers/Texans game,…read morethis lunch shack was a few miles from our hotel and after reading the reviews, we took a chance on checking this out. Fortunately we were rewarded with a pleasant experience that was light on the wallet (for 2020s standards) and made us fans. Don't be fooled by the exterior/interior as it may give a cabin-like feeling when you're around. The staff are diligent in making the tables clear while getting orders ready. They only had two people working who both were doing the cooking, phone orders, in-person orders, and cleaning/bussing. Talk about a do-it-all crew. Now for the eats. I ordered a bowl of booyah and some cheese curds while pops had a plain burger. My first time having booyah, it reminds me of brunswick stew; tons of chicken, potatoes, vegetables, beans, in a thick tomato broth. Tons of flavor and quite filling, there's a reason why they sell quarts of this for tailgating and the cold stay-at-home days. I would dip my cheese curds in here which were also tasty. Right fried texture with a good cheese pull, dip it in the booyah for some of that salty consistency. Talk about a food-cheat code! My pops burger was cooked a perfect medium-rare and for only $6, was quite a bargain. This will be on the rotation whenever I'm in Green Bay for the Booyah and to try other items like their poutine and fried cod dinners. Booyahkasha!

Walked in 15 minutes ago and was refused a table again even though there were several open and I offered to move if a larger group showed up. I can't enjoy my meal with my body hurting (and this has now forced me to leave Pasquale's a 2nd time before even getting menus) and I think it would be beneficial if Pasquale's took into account some people might have issues you can't see! Ambience…read morewas fun and reminded me of the Chicago Beef restaurant from "The Bear" so that was cool. The food, while I had no trouble cleaning my plate, was quite mediocre. I ordered the mushroom ravioli with chicken and rosso bianco sauce, which is half red and half alfredo sauce. It was weird that they weren't mixed, but plopped on the plate side by side. I know, I can mix it myself and I did try, but it was hard to do when over a clump of stuck-together ravioli. The chicken was clearly pre-packaged, pre "grilled" chicken (you know those fake grilling lines? It was like that). Garlic bread was tasty but on sort of low-quality bread, it seemed. My mom felt the same about her dish, cavatappi with a spicy red sauce and meatballs, and she said the meatballs were definitely frozen and reheated. She wasn't impressed. I fully understand that we may have ordered the dishes Pasquale's isn't known for. Maybe the sandwiches and Italian Stallion rolls are much better! If you're craving a basic red sauce joint (which I do quite often), this place will scratch the itch. That's about it, though.
