STS is the best! I always used to go to the gym and do some cardio and random weights, but now thanks to Scott I know what to do and what works best for my body. I have been working with Scott Keppel as my personal online trainer now for just over 2 years. I have a physical disability that most people would not even know if they met me, but every time I ask a trainer to take into consideration of what I can or cannot do they have never listened. Scott has not only listened but remembers every time he sends me a new workout plan. He makes sure to put workouts together after putting thought into every muscle type workout that he draws up and that is benefit that I cannot even express how helpful it is. I am 47 now and I am stronger, leaner, healthier and have more energy than when I was in my 30s and i was working out then as well but with no direction. I attribute every bit of this to Scott's very detailed, perfectly scripted and all encompassing workouts that I do 5 or 6 days a week. He draws them up for me depending on how many days a week I want to workout for the next cycle and no muscle is left alone. Even after working out for 2 years straight, each time I get a new workout cycle I am a good sore for the next 2 weeks which lets me know how well it works and how great the new plan is. I workout on my own and I have been working out like this for many years and I push myself so his online training that allows me to just take his plan and do it myself works perfectly for me. Scott is always there to answer any questions for me, and if I pull a muscle or strain something is there to tell me what to do to not make it worse and get it feeling better and stronger. He also is great with nutrition and making sure you stay on the right eating habits for the type of plan that you want whether it is for building muscle or thinning out. He will plan your workouts for you to do at home or at a gym or you can go to his gym a day or two a week as well to make sure everything is being done correctly or if you just need help or motivation. I have been seeing Scott and Mark at STS for all of 2012. I had multiple goals. Improve my fitness but to also rehab my knee where I had torn 2 ligaments. I have achieved both goals. My leg is the strongest it has been in 3 years and I have lost body fat and added muscle. My wife also goes to Scott's group classes twice a week and she loves it.
