THE PERSONAL TRAINING AGREEMENT IS A SCAM!!!! Never, and I mean NEVER, sign up for the personal training at Eos. It's a complete scam. I was told I could sign up for 8 sessions, paid over 4 payments, and once the last payment is complete, I could cancel effective immediately. Well I've been trying to get it cancelled for literally weeks now and they just keep dragging me in circles as money keeps getting pulled out of my account. I'm at the point where I am having to email the Regional Manager in the HOPES he can do something to help me, because the gym manager basically said tough luck and LITERALLY said I should wait around a couple more weeks and just see if the cancellation happens!! I don't know about him, but I don't have HUNDREDS of dollars to let them take while I just wait and see if it works!! They have now charged me $300 more than I agreed to, and there's no end in sight!! Other than this scam of a program, the gym is fine in general. It's kept clean and has lots of machines and amenities. It's often pretty busy though, so keep that in mind. The normal membership is fine, and I've enjoyed Eos classes in the past, though I haven't taken any at this specific location. Also keep in mind that there's a 1-month waiting period for cancelling a general membership, so plan ahead. They don't make that clear at all until you try to cancel. Overall, I'd say 4 stars for the gym in general, just cause the staff aren't always very helpful, but zero stars and a giant WARNING sign for their more expensive programs like personal training. read more

I've been an EōS member for nine years now, having the highest membership tier that allows me to hop around locations. This is technically my home gym but as you know, I tend to hop locations. Why? I like to try out different instructors. Over here, Alycia and Cecilia rules the roost. EōS is a solid gym and I have no real complaints. I get to do what I need to do and get out with relative ease. Parking can be a rough though as it's a very popular EōS location. To be fair, I think all EOS have a parking lot situation that is reminiscent of Squid Game season two's merry-go-round game. Had to cancel my credit card because of this gym. Signed up for a membership through my insurance and when I first visited the gym I was unable to get my access card until I agreed to sign up for a personal training program. Told I could cancel at any time. Went through three different staff members, including Jackson, Ava, and Erick face to face telling me that they would look into my account to cancel the program and remove my card info. I kept checking my bank account and they tried to charge me 88$ three times for a program I never wanted and NEVER attended! When I asked for proof of the cancellation in writing, it was put on a sticky note, and I was told to wait for an email to confirm the cancellation. That was a week ago. I STILL have not gotten any formal confirmation of cancellation. I will not be returning to any EOS location. read more

My son signed up for a membership and some fast, double talking manager, who isn't there anymore, roped him into some bullshit personal training sessions that can't be cancelled. The original personal trainer cancelled my son's first couple of training sessions without notice and never returned his calls. Some other manager refused to give my son credit as stated in the contract, refuses to cancel the personal training sessions, which my son is being charged for and has never used, and refused to cancel his membership. We tried calling customer service for the gym several times and got nowhere. Customer service for the personal training sessions is different, but still pointless because it's a call center in India and will only take your money. Worst company ever. Absolutely love this EOS. The front desk always makes it a point to greet you and to tell you to have a good workout when first stepping into this EOS. The cleaning staff are constantly walking around and ensuring the sanitizer spray and towels are full and the bathrooms clean. They truly are the unsung heroes of this gym and should be praised for such a good job. Broken equipment is a thing at this gym as it is in all others but the main difference is that this EOS has the equipment up and in working order within a day or two. I locked up my belongings in the locker room to use the massage chair which I did for 20 minutes and then Ethan demanded I provide my name because he said I didn't check in which I had and in fact with him. When I went to locker room to change for my swim there were men in there and no sign. I hit this gym whenever I'm on my girlfriend's side of town. I do a lot of traveling across this whole state on the regular. A lot of EOS' can be hit or miss. Strangely, the worse ones tend to be the most packed. This one is one of the best, striking a balance for all things considered. Julian makes it a standout. At most, I go here once a week if even that. Dude remembers my name, enters my phone number and checks me in without a second thought the moment I walk in. That's crazy, dude's the definition of locked in and knows his stuff. If anybody left a review caught lacking: you either left it on the wrong location or you came in at the wrong time because bro's there Saturday ~and~ Sunday. There's another location nearby, maybe even closer; I take the extra two minute drive over here because I know I'll get a streamlined workout every time. read more

I got bamboozled by the training, like many others have. I thoroughly explained to my trainer, Kaylyn, who helped sign me up, that my schedule is sporadic and heavily restricted. I was under the impression that I would have a 30-day cancellation period. I later found out it was only 3 days from signing up. My first session was about 1.5 weeks after I signed up, and I was not satisfied. I wanted to cancel, and that's when I got no help in finding a resolution that worked for me. I reached out to Kaylyn, and her resolutions were not helpful to where they helped me. Additionally, I tried reaching out to the other manager, who was fired in the winter of 2025. I was then introduced to Grady Schmidt. He provided no help. I was told that a trainer added that they discussed the three-day cancellation fee during the initial sign-up. That did not occur. If that were the case, I clearly wouldn't have signed up based on my schedule. I have now been siphoned roughly $900 on trying to freeze and cancel this nefarious contract. BE WARNED: Do not allow these people to gain access to your bank account, as they will likely employ predatory tactics to prevent you from canceling. So unfortunate that this can be a great gym if they didn't have such nefarious intent and actually assisted their clients in resolving issues instead of money-grubbing. read more

I have been a member of this gym since it opened around 7-8 years ago. Although the front desk staff has changed over the years almost everyone I have encountered has been professional and knowledgeable of the gym. The morning crew now with Avounay and Earon are super great peeps. Always smiling and giving great service and advice. The morning manager, Whitney, is also great and has a smile for all the members. This is MY morning place and I love to start the day with their smiles, followed by a good workout! EOS rocks! read more

SCAM!! I have never written a review before but this situation has gotten out of hand and been the worst experience ever. My first time signing up for a gym membership and it has been nothing but STRESS and charges. I have tried speaking with Erick and Wesley at this location numerous times to fix things. Unfortunately, they avoid speaking with me unless I threaten to cancel my membership or ask for their boss. I signed up at this location the very beginning of April 2025. During that time I declined personal training. Signing up for a membership came with a welcome work out. During the welcome training session they let me know they had an offer going on which was 2 training sessions for 19$. Being a little anxious about being in the gym I decided to take that offer.... only they DID NOT TELL me they were going to be billing me 88$ every week after. I am a single mom of 3 and would never had anticipated this happening. I tried to speak with Erick and Wesley (the mangers there) and they were extremely unhelpful, only gave me a run around. I have NOT even attended a single training session because the trainers kept rescheduling. When I asked them to cancel and refund whatever they signed me up for it took them another 3 weeks to actually do their job and cancel. They were so unhelpful I had to dispute the charges with my bank and now right before my sons birthday they have taken 350$ out of my account. DO NOT SIGN UP. The cinema room was a nice perk. Movies are old. To avoid the sales pitch, I signed up online when they were having a $1 promotion. I was a member for 6 years and loved it. I did not use the 30 minute welcome training session. The classes were nice except there was no way to modify (that I was aware of at the time) for sore knees. For the last 6 months, I've been trying to downgrade my membership. i talked to the staff at this location twice and emailed them. Nothing happened, no confirmation. Contact their billing company, ABC Fitness Solutions where you can downgrade or cancel. You have to give them 30 days notice. It is not friendly for families once membership given management will behave separately. Once the yearly amount got debited then management try to cross sell and restrict things by applying some policies. Something EOS charged purposefully and allowed for last 2 months suddenly a manager realized some policy is not applied and wanted to cross sell. Once we are in side facility, manager called separately and said either we have to comply and pay or leave right now. I normally spend 2-3 hours but after this incident I could not able to spend more than 20 mins. I have my own gym but motivation sake I go to EOS. When people around the level of enthusiasm is at different level. Especially one manager is not good at communicating nicely. However I saw other people are nice. I've always really enjoy coming to this gym! Every time I've come the facility is very clean and the staff is very helpful. This gym has a little bit of everything for everyone, I sometimes go to lift weights with my son and sometimes I go to swim laps in the pool followed by the sauna and my son uses the basketball courts. My insurance offers membership. I am not a member yet but this place is close to my home if they had a sauna and hot tubes I was gonna join. I call just to ask if they had one. A person named Marquee answers the phone asks if I'm a member yet I said no I'm not. He states he will not tell me if they have a sauna or hot tub unless I gave him all of my information. I told marquee I'm not comfortable giving my information I just wanted to know if EOS had saunas or hotbubs says once again their policy not to answer any questions without that information I told him I would not join if I had to give him all my info just for him to answer a simple question marquee did not care at all whether I joined or not so I hung up and looked online and got my answer instead. They must have more customers then they know what to do with if they would rather not to answer a question and lose customers over it I'm still stunned right now. read more

Where do I even start? I've been bringing my daughter with me for a solid 4 months. On Monday, she got stopped while checking in and told that 13 year olds are no longer permitted as guests due to "liability". However, they suggested that I set her up with her own membership and that would somehow bypass it. I don't want to do that and I find it slimy that only if I put up more money, will the issue be fixed. I've called twice and no one seems to even see where I'm coming from. They just keep repeating the same statement like robots!! I Was told that there was no form for me to fill out to assume liability for my child but there is a form and that's exactly what I would fill out if I were to set up a new membership. The guy at the front desk said "I've been kicking 13 & 14 year olds out all day!" Like her was proud of it. It's disappointing that they are willing to be so dishonest and cold and lose customers over what I assume is a money-grab. Nothing like winding down your day with a great workout. The gym is extremely clean and the machines are new and always ready to use. Not to mention affordable! I have the 25$ membership with one yearly fee of about 50$, which allows me to visit all gyms and bring a plus one. Let me not forget 24hr access!!
