As a fellow small business owner, I completely understand that mistakes happen. No business is perfect. But what I can't understand is not being notified and not even making a genuine effort to make it right. I spent nearly $140 on a sympathy arrangement for a dear friend whose mother had just passed away. The bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like the one I carefully selected online. It wasn't a minor substitution. it was a completely different arrangement. I've attached photos of what I ordered and what was actually delivered so people can see the difference for themselves. Had someone simply called me and explained they didn't have the flowers needed, I would have understood. Instead, no one reached out, and I wasn't given the opportunity to approve a replacement. When I called to express my disappointment, I was initially offered a 10% refund, then 20%. While I accepted it, that doesn't make the situation right. Sympathy flowers are sent during some of the hardest moments in someone's life. Communication matters. Customer service matters. And when you fall short, making a genuine effort to fix it matters. This is a cute little flower shop right on the corner of 32nd Street and Cactus. They were closing early for a family event which was communicated prior so I picked up the corsage 10 minutes before they were closing. They already had the corsage out and ready to go. It was lovely and I approve. I was greeted upon walking in and it literally was a quick in and out to pick it up. They have several types of flowers and bouquets to choose from , but this is what I needed for prom season. Prices are reasonable as well. read more

The florist substituted flowers without even calling me - sending a completely different arrangement than I ordered. When I contacted them, they promised to resend the correct bouquet on the 20th. The driver claimed he "left it at the door," but my aunt was home all day, and no flowers were ever delivered. Even the neighbors didn't see anything. I spent good money for something meaningful, and what I got was a total lack of communication, accountability, and customer care. Best roses in valley! I ordered three dozen roses for my wife for our third anniversary. I ordered them to be delivered to a nearby restaurant so they could be set at the table to surprise my wife when we arrived for dinner. I requested that the flowers be delivered between 12-4pm per the restaurant's instructions. Every one of my requests were fulfilled. The roses are gorgeous, they are my wife's favorite (look at her smile ) and I'm so glad I was able to surprise her with the highest quality of roses because she deserves nothing less. Bought an arrangement with 4 sunflowers, baby's breath and some greenery. It was pretty, but not worth the money. I was charged $5 for each sunflower. A list if all the flowers and their prices for one were listed on a dry erase board. Not one was more than $2.99. I looked to see how much the sunflowers were and go figure, there was no price next to it. The ONLY flower that didn't have a price per flower..why?? Because she decided to charge me $5 for each! I was so impress with the flowers delivered on Tuesday for my birthday. my coworkers said the roses was smelling very strong all week from a distance. I would say from Tuesday to Saturday the roses are still strong, carnations are still fresh, the Lilies are still blooming. Please know you can be surprised when you order from here.
