Scottsdale eyewear's customer service is top-notch. Their pricing is even better!! If you'd like to read, here's my boring story. I was blindly going to have SW Eye Center take 2 pairs of JMM's and 2 pairs Dita's and convert them to readers for about $2400. The doctor wasn't in to do my eye exam which would've cost me $65 which I thought was kind of odd because I'm spending so much money with them but ok... so I go to their Mesa location. They can't fit me in, they sent me to the other Mesa location and they can fit me in but they want to charge me $260 because they're a different owner. Best decision I ever made was to pick up my glasses and start go to Google search. Found 3 eyeglass companies, checked out 2 of them and Scottsdale eyewear cause the last one farthest away from where I had picked up the glasses, so I stopped there at the very end of my search. Walked in & I was immediately greeted by very friendly staff. They're very knowledgeable. Told them when I wanted to do, they said they could just order lenses, which is the first time anyone has said that out of the other 3 businesses. Everybody wanted to order special made lenses because they're high-end glasses but Scottsdale eyewear said there's already lenses. They just have to order them and throw them in. That being said, I was thrilled, I really wanted to turn my nice glasses into readers. Old people problems you know what I'm talking about... then came the price I was blown away! Best price out of all the eyeglass companies. Thank you, Scottsdale eyewear for converting 4 pairs of glasses and do readers. I just dropped off another pair and I'm purchasing another pair and as soon as it comes in, I'll be dropping it off so they can turn them into driving glasses. If you're looking for a no BS scenario and you just want things done right and good time and not it gouged, this is your jam. read more

Scottsdale Eyewear has the latest designer high end eyewear.Pricey but worth it, they offer a great warranty on their lenses. First class service, plenty of designer selections, great location, easy parking in a great center that has everything, especially good eating & a delicious cupcake store. Make sure to ask to see their inexpensive frames also because they do carry reasonably priced frames too. read more

I broke my pair of Lindbergh frames which I bought overseas. I found that Scottsdale Eyewear is one of the shops here in AZ which carries the Lindbergh eyewear. So I went there to check if they would be able to fix the frames. Leo attended to me and told me that he would have to send the frame back to Denmark to do the repairs. A few weeks later, I received a call from David that the frames are ready for collection. I appreciate that they were willing to service something that I didn't buy from them. Also, they didn't charge me for a service charge. When I went back to the shop to collect my glasses, Ashleigh adjusted the frames. While doing so, she also helped to adjust my husband's spectacles. I called Scottdale Eyewear to get the inventory list for Chrome Hearts, because I will be traveling from outta state and wanted to shop for Chrome hearts glasses. The Guy who answered the phone was safeguarding the inventory list even though I explained I was from traveling from out of town. He also said he could not send me a picture of the inventory as well! I explained to him that I was not trying to waste his time, and that I own multiple pairs of Chrome Hearts glasses.... he continued to ask me vague questions to help me "find a pair" instead of simply sending me a photo. I stopped in b/c they were listed as carrying a frame brand I was interested in. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Interesting advice - come in looking your worst or how you would go to workout, b/c, if you like the frames then, you will certainly like them when you make yourself presentable. There was lots of other good information given to me that day, but that's something most frame shoppers can put to use. (I actually stopped in a few months ago. I was going to several places that carried high-end frames. This was the only one that I walked out of thinking, "I have to post a review!" Talk about service the shop was closed on a Sunday I sent a message via the website and "David" who I believe is the owner? Called me back within 20 minutes. He took his day off and went back-and-forth with me on email six times to try to help out my little girl who broke her glasses while playing football the other day! My experience at Scottsdale Eyewear was so positive, I felt compelled to write a review-- something I don't normally do. I have been David's customer for a few years and followed him to his new location and store. Dave customizes and makes honest appraisals when selecting eyewear and his opinion is invaluable. Not only did Dave know exactly what I wanted but he also had 5 different selections when I arrived. I chose to go with his recommendation and picked up my new glasses earlier than expected. My prescription is complex and with the lens David recommended, I have never had clearer vision.
